Truly ... well, two things. 

Even the sewers don't want CERTAIN things residing in them. 

I aint referring to so called giant crocs/alligators in the NYC sewer system either!

I'm referring to that huge log in the Brum sewers that had been chokin it up for months ... 

It finally seems to be out, as you can see from the fact that the troll of the century or millennium (not to mention "El Tubbo" x 1000) is back - yet again. 


Or maybe he's been back all along, and I just didnt pay attention to him!

But it's a nice day to talk about him. Hehe. Very nice day indeed!

And the second thing up there - why the Bozo is such a loser? 

The main reason - if I could nail it - ONE reason? 

It isn't so much his wierd fetishes, his trolling , the insane fits of rage he flies into when yours truly needs to bitch slap him down (ugh) - it isn't so much the fact that hes always on the toilet every second beer he drinks (ugh!) (dont ask why he tosses those bottles down from the 11th floor of his apartment in China, then complains about why he gets notices not to do so - not everyone wants beer bottles raining down on them "out the ass" if you get my drift) or his blatant racism, or even the fact he' stuck in a dark, deep room right now he'd do ANYTHING to escape. 

A room where he's constantly living by Mommys rules for one. 

A room where he's stuck without most of the things he WANTS. 

A room where ... ah, but you get my drift. 

There is being a caveman by CHOICE. I'v written tomes on that before course. 

Then of course, you have Glyn Bozo. 

Minus the ass in nose, or nose in ass from what it seems from the fit he's worked himself into right about now ... 

Poor Glyn. 

Main reason though, isn't any of the above. All of that Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde stuff adds up, yes. 

But its mainly because this guy is one of the laziest guys you could ever see!

Or meet, or read about. 

Truly, the guy is so lazy that waking up in the morning (or in the PM) and taking a shower is too much for him - or brushing his stained teeth (no prizes for guessing what he does with his electric toothbrush - ugh again). 

He's too lazy to even troll right. 

I mean, think about it. 

For years, he's been bullying me (so he thought, hehe) after first blocking me on WeShat when I couldnt smack him one. (he would have bawled like a baby, so I probably wouldn't have, but still). 

Then of course, his insanity in the wechat groups, and the horrible racism he spread about me. 

Truly a horrible, horrible person this Schofield is. 

Just plain NASTY, as you can see from what he does to others - and what he tried to do to me, including, most tellingly last year when he thought "he'd go public". 

Poor Bozo - his tactics all backfired. 

Spectacularly, if anything. 

yet, think about this. 

If he had enough the slighest amount of real brain, he'd ape me - and try to LEARN from me to get the same results!

Truly, he's got a Master at work in front of him. 

Pun not intended, Glyn. 

ANd since you're a lazy phocker, I dont mean "bodyweight exercise guru" either. 

I mean a marketing genuis, expert, and master. 

But of course, it all takes work. 

Building your own site, class quality products that noone out there can begin to match, real results, a track record of very satisfied customers, all this didnt come overnight. Hehe. 

It certainly wasnt apparent to the Bozo when he made them stickers. Heh again. 

But all of that is something the Bozo could do, if he wanted to. 

Trouble is, he's too lazy, so he showed up at Amazon. 

I hope he does again, hehe. 

Anyway, if there's one thing I cannot stand beside Nazi feminism, it's LAZINESS. 

And losers like Bozo. 

Enough on that, but thats the reason - j ust thought I should tell you! 

It DOES hold a few valuable lessons on success as well.

 I know what y’all gonna think when you get this.

That Mr. Handstand pushup did one too many, hehe. Or drank one too many. Or fell on his head. And is off his rocker finally!

High time eh. LOL.

(No, Sco-Blow, I mean NOT That high time!)

That came out as “rocket” the first time I typed it. Hehe.

But anyway, I’ve falled on my chin while doing handstand pushups so it wouldnt be a first!

But hear me out, please.

When I say insult, what I mean is ...well, NO insult to be frank.

I just sent out an email about … making love of all things on another site.

One of my numerous sites, and obviously NOT a related biz.

But it was not so much about doing the deed, as NOT doing it.

A combo therein.

No, I wasnt talking about sexual transmutation either as Napoleon Hill did in Think and Grow Rich.

Some portion of the email might be considered as graphic by some, mundane to others.

Downright BORING to some (yours truly even tho I wrote it).

But end of the email, the post script included the following. . .

“I wrote this email to weed out the NON-BUYERS, and there BE too many of them on this list. If you’re one of them, please do leave “silently” and I’l lmake sure the door does NOT bang you in the ass on your way out”

I believe I said “hit you”, not “bang”.

I also believe I BOLDED The “NOT”.

It was actually a very polite request.

Velly velly.


The result was spectacular tho …

A list no more than – get this – 61 people.

One is yours truly, so 60.

NO LESS than – I repeat – no less than 35 unsubscribed.

I haven’t checked emails as yet. Probably a ton of hate email in the Inbox, which I welcome. Hehe.

In the same breath almost, that email made me $495, some of which are recurring payments.

The amount itself might not sound large, my friend.

But when you have a list of 60, an 35 bail, it speaks Volumes to the efficacy of two things – one, saying it like it is, and two, catering to the DOERS, not the if’s, but’s, maybe, no money’s, and so forth.

I cater to Mei.

Mei’s. Hehe. (meaning women in Chinese, or little sister).

But NOT “maybe’s”.

I cater to those with a GOAL and purpose in life.


Not idiots with no aim other than to troll. 

And most of the people that quit were either non buyers or Blowfield’s, or Blowfield wannabe’s.

I Say the last because Glyn “Blow everyone in sight” is truly the BEST troller – from the bottom.

Truly the best I should say.

He could give you lessons how to troll, and LOSE money …

Have an account almost always at ZERO. LOL. Or -ve.

As one of his best friends said “always a step away from being homeless”.

Perenially broke. LOL.

Hey, if he could get his head out of asses long enough to actually troll with a brain, he might make something off it …

But anyway, thats the email I wanted to send now, and have.

True story that

happened a while back.

And, why do I bring it up here of all places?

Because fitness wise, it applies brah.

People need to be TOLD like it is.

If someone is FAT and out of SHAPE and cannot hang on to the chinning bar for any length of time, guess what.

They need to hear just THAT.

It might not be an insult. It might be said nicely. But they may take as an insult, but guess what.

IF its true, it needs to be said.

You’ll see I do PLENTY of them in “what is probably my best book till date” (customer words) - - Animal Kingdom Workouts.

But again, like I Said on the page, it NEEDS TO BE SAID.

Not just this.

A lot of the other stuff I said there on the page DESPERATELY needs to be said, because people NEED To hear it.

If it pisses them off, well and good. Not the sort I want anyway.

But those that GET it – the DOERS in life – will JUMP to action, my friend.

And with the China plague showing no signs of going away, it’s interesting – but true – to see more and more people come around to this way of thinking on a daily basis.

Por ejempelo, Madam “Dani” as she calls herself, a lovely translator for one of my “other” books. (not fitness, though those have been and are being translated into various languages as well by other folks).

(All good folks!)

(and I especially love the latest Spanish translation for Pushup Central).

But anyway, here is what she told me when I asked her how the China plague was treating her in Spain (not literally obviously).

Life in here is going good... I mean "the plague" is still here and every day getting worse but people just do not care anymore. Everybody is living their life "carpe diem" 

Ah. Finally!

Finally people realize that life is meant to be lived IN THE FLOW.

The HERE and NOW matters the most!

Ricky, a friend of mine (and I think I brought this up before) once made the followign comment about yours truly “footloose”.

(He’s a college buddy, and knows me very well indeed, perhaps better than MOST).

And he’s a good man at the end of the day, though we don’t agree on EVERYTHING. Good man, biz partner, and ...well, can’t ask for more!

But anyway.

“Tu thehra mast banda! Na aage ka socha, na peeche ka!”

And in English that means “you live in the flow! You don’t particularly give a rip about plans, the future etc …”


I don’t.

Yours truly Lothario and footloose never has. But life also has and always has had a funny way of working out for me when all was said and done and it was needed the most!

Without me even trying most of the time.

My wife often refers to me sarcastically (well, this was back last year – not sure about now – it’s probably a worse name now, hehe) as “Yukit”. 

Apparently tthat means something in Hindi to the effect of “careful planner”.

I gawked like the Bozo with his head up you know where the first time I saw her use the term.

Me??? PLAN???

I’m the last person you’d expect to make formal plans, stick to them, and so forth.

I truly live life kingsize - - and in the FLOW. I do what my MOOD NOW tells me to do – not what a plan drafted up years ago tells me!

But hindsight is 20/20, and that grand plan LIFE makes for us if we LET it – I can sort of understand why my wife would feel it was all carefully planned.

In the subconscious, hehe. Certainly NOT consciously!

Now, does that means I’m against plans, or those that make ‘em and swear by ‘em?

Nah. Not at all.

Napoleon Hill amongst other has stressed the importance of proper plans in terms of achieving success in any endavor. He was right.

But even he acknowledged the importance and sheer NEED for communicating with and being in harmony with Infinite Intelligence when in Outwitting the Devil and all his other courses, he stressed the importance of “going to prayer with a positive mind and letting the plan be decided by those that KNOW more about the overall planning than the person praying”.

Intentions, belief, and FAITH are the most important my friend.

The right plan will appear, if you let it!

As opposed to consciously and well meticulously “logical” plans. If I had to choose between faith and logic, and the results from each?

I’d choose #1 ANYDAY regardless of the path it took me on.

Then of course, Mike Tyson and his famous quote on plans. And he was RIGHT. SPOT ON!

Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.

So sage, so crisply said, much like a Tyson blow to the jaw. Hehe.

He’s right.

And workout wise, or life wise, or financially, does this mean you shouldn’t have a plan? Goals? And what not?

NOT at all!

Have ‘em all you like. WANT ‘em. Work upon ‘em! Make plans if you so choosE!

But end of the day, remember one thing.

All we really have is the “here and now”.

Our next breath. What we’re thinking NOW.

We can control NOW. Not the past, or the future. And if there was ever anything more logical than that, I’m yet to hear it.

Workout wise, you got a plan to do a 100 pushups daily.

Right now, you can barely do TEN.


Does this mean you stress over the ultimate goal every time you get down on the floor?

Does this mean you show up with a carefully planned itenary and “all hell breaks loose” if something doesn’t go according to plan?

Or do you show up with a “lets enjoy the workout, give it our all” attitude while bearing in mind that no plan is ever “100 percent” and numbers are just that, numbers?

I adopt the last method in ALL areas of life.

It’s paid rich dividends.

Yes, it takes time. Yes, it takes “planning” (strange as that might sound).

But living in the moment, carpe diem - - is so, so worth it!

Oh, and just to be sure I googled the meaning.

I’ve been writing about it on the other site, and “write”fully so, hehe.

Trump supporters getting kicked off planes for doing nothing other than support Trump.

People getting pilloried in public for not wearing mask shask (curiously enough the people that SPREAD it get pandered to left right and CENTER).

And so forth.

Its literally become “my way or the highway” everywhere!

It’s one thing living a-frigging alone (for the most part) and NOT dealing with the situation at home (which is so ridiculous that even thinking about it doesnt work – hell, even my wife made this statement “there’s no logic to any of this!” and shes actually right on that one – there is NOT – it’s just full on and idiotic NAZI feminism) ...

But the whole world?

I mean, really, fella.

China can say what it likes. Do what it likes.

But the ROW – on ITS OWN SOCIAL media or any media – cannot /

What the hezey, bro.

What IS the world coming to where everyone has to pander to the PRC?

I’ll tell you one damned thing – I ain’t gonna do it.

China has many great things, but their system of governance ain’t one.

And while they DO have the right to do as they please on their own social media – that doesnt mean FlakeBook and Shitter can do the same thing!

Especially not Shitter, but I guess they’ve teamed up with Zuckerberg and his Chinese wife too . . .


I mean, I’ve mentioned how FB routinely censors my posts on China, but won’t do the same when the shoe is on the OTHER FOOT.

I’ve written about how China and their social media do it too (I believe).

But have you heard a PEEP out of me for the latter?

You haven’t (and curiously enough, even WeChat hasnt really censored anything I said other than “monitor” it. Slippery slope yes, but not as “dangerous” as you might think if youd o things right).

And you won’t.

Because, their playground, their rules.

But Shitter. F***book? Wazzzz-app?

I dont think so, bro.

And I don’t accept it.

I WILL continue to express what my thoughts are.

I WILL Continue to support President Trump, who to me is the best damned president the nation ever had (Raegan is another strong contendor).

I WILL send out emails full of typos, hehe.

I WILL profess my support for GUNS.

The invasion? Violence? Not so much?

Nope. I do NOT support that. 

But other hand, when YOUR freedom of speech is being curtailed and taken away – what are YOU going to do?

When YOU are being pilloried and it’s their way or the highway – what are YOU going to do?

I know that those with any sense would FIGHT against it, and keep themselves prepared for what will happen.

I do.

So do most of my customers.

Especially those that writ eto me saying “you always HAVE to be prepared because guess what. It COULD happen!”

I mean, we never thought the world would be locked down, but locked down it was!

And curiously enough, China is now going back to where it all started last year.

The Universe DOES see, and DOES dispense JUSTICE in a manner no-one can escape, not even the PRC.

And unless you’re the sort that prefers to “let it go anyway”, because “she (or he) is always right, and there is no point arguing, and ...”

Yours truly does the latter on occasion, but in a way where I dont really lose directly, but set myself up to WIN later.

And I always have.

Kinda cryptic eh.

But it is what it is.

And what THIS EMAIL is all about ain’t that. I’ll expound more on that later.

For now, and recently Bozo Schofield sent Charles (same dude who railed against pull-ups while secretly trying ‘em out and who said I couldn’t have my opinion when it comes to mainland China and a lot more ... though he claims I mis quoted him. No I didnt. I’ve got the screen shot bro) some shots of a page where I said “a person was too fat to do pull-ups and complained”.

“Fat Phucks” was the term I used, which seemed to have hit home though ... ONE, I did NOT mention Charles my name, and two and despite his assertions to the contrary – the email wasn’t even about HIM.

It was about the same bozo I wrote about that demanded a refund for the book on the best damn exercises ever because “some of the exercises were similar to what is in 0 Excuses Fitness”.

Anyway ... point of this, you ask? 

Well, this same person ... Charles, I mean, I could have asked him the following when he gave me the guilt trip of “I thought we were pals. How could you do this to me?”

well, first off, bro, I didnt do anything until I was provoked ... and even then, all I did was state FACTS in terms of pull-ups. If that offends, sorry, but I’m not going to either stop having an opinion on China and their bullshit and neither will I stop having an opinion on pull-ups and bodyweight, and I WILL tom tom both opinions until the “cows come home” or “pigs fly” whichever you prefer.

Actually, it’s not tom tomming, but whateva.

But second, and more importantly. 

We’re pals, right?

But you did NOT think of telling me about the Bozo’s trolling when he first sent you those gifs, did you now?

“Yeah, I think he sent me a few”.

Yeah. Right. A few. Having a few chuckles on my ass.

Hey, it’s all good bro. Dont get me wrong ...

And then of course the time when you, the Bozo, and some other nutzo joined a WeShat group, were kicked out by Steve the admin, and then you claimed “Glyn was kicked out of the group” when all three were.

For inane trolling, nothing else.

But the point is, and you yourself have said it – GOOSE – and GANDER.

If you can excuse racism, which you do on a daily basis (and dont get me wrong – if thats what you thought about me, perfectly well an good. NO complaints from yours truly!) - then I can talk about pull-ups and fatsos, no?

I’d think the latter would be far less offensive to most people.

Perhaps we can ask Mike Tyson, or Herschel Walker, two people whose sheer dint of results has caused even you to admire ‘em ... ?

That when it comes to get things done – Rahul Mookerjee gets them done, and ultimately finds a way to GET what he wants, outselling all the bozos and nutzos in the process that claim about “giving freebies away”, “being more helpful on social media sh-edia which I do NOT even use now” and other rubbish.

Ebay she bay. And so forth. Hell,I ain’t even gonna sell on Amazon no more probably in 2021. That decision is by no means made, but it’s in the making as it were.

Point is though, bro.  

Please DO listen up.

If you TRULY do want to put all this in the past, and admit a fact that you already know, that the real issue is the Bozo, then I’m willing to do it.

I am. Really.

I’ll let bygones be bygones.

But, point is this. You have to listen to the other side too bro. Can’t be all one sided.

Same thing for fitness routines.

You cannot, for instance, keep touting the benefits of (and here we ain’t talking Charles either) of “pump and dump” (ok, preen and pump, I know) until the pigs fly out of whoever’s ass being better than short and intesne bodyweight workouts.

Because they just aren’t.

Deep down inside these people know it itoo, or they’d never TRY it. Hehe.

OK, so did I piss off enough of the bozos as yet.

Am I too extreme?

Funnily enough, although this word features on that very long list of names I’ve been called and continue to be called (over a 1000 now – yes, I’ve kept track – maybe I’ll sell it one of these days, hehe) ... it hasn’t gotten the amount of tom tomming it “deserves”.

Even Bozo Schofield left that one alone.

You dont mess with some things, hehe.

Because you know what ...

But anyway, its long been a bone of contention between family and me, and sometimes friends.

“You’re too extreme!"

Or, “Calm down, Rahul! You’re a guy that just... “

(He trailed off, but the import was clear. That was a friend Charles telling me to “stand back” and “take it easy” when a lady that I paid to do my visa in China was NOT doing it, giving me all sorts of retarded excuses and the deadline BE approaching.

Of course, it was Him in that situation he’d be shitting bricks, but I was supposed to “take it easy”, hehe.)

(The visa never DID get done. I had to spend double of whatI normlly would, and then some. I had to ... ah, thats an entire story unto itself. But so much for not being extreme!)

But she DID return my money. Thank heaven for small mercies, hehe. Probably because she came through a known contact as opposed to the next joker who just took off with my dough and I never heard from her again.

Ah, life.

But anyway, YES.

They’re right.

I AM “either this or that”.

But, as Marc the African silverback Gorilla rightly said.

“With you, at least I know where I stand!”

True dat, bro.

And often times I’ve heard people telling me to “go easier on myself” for a variety of reasons.

I probably SHOULD!

But in general, I dont.

And I expect more out of OTHERS TOO, hence my annoyance at inane excuses (and lame ones too) people make about not getting her done, about life in general, about not being able to do pull-ups because “WAH!” or being too fat, and yet not ADDRESSING the core issues ...

And so forth.

Other side of the coin though is this.

What I expect of others is FAIR.

And to do the right thing.

And not everyone does, of course. 

And the third and hidden side to all this is this. 

IF someone wants to do the thing, but doesnt know how (lets say pull-ups), well, I’ll take you by the hand and SHOW YOU.

(The above course WILL turn you into a BONAFIDE STUD at pull-ups bro. Believe me! A STUD!)

I won’t molly coddle or baby sit you.

I’ll be a coach though, and I’ll SHOW YOU. And I DO!

And those that truly want to do the things will do and will learn.

And the rest will piss and moan about it being too extreme.

Newsflash – it never ever is. This is coming from “Mr Ironman Triathlete” as I was called last year by a couple of gals.

Or “very very strong?” by "Madam" Christina, her of the “I want your books for free”

(Upon seeing just ONE photo from Pushup Central which shows me doing a fingertip pushup in a way most of you out there couldn’t BEGIN to imagine, and which builds INSANE strength in the digits.)

You can work up to it, bro. And I SHOW you to how to in my products and courses!

You on this list know why!

But I will say it yet again – videos are something Rahul Mookerjee does NOT WATCH.

I repeat. 


I mean, I’d like to stay out of the “bozo” category, and the minute you stare non stop at anything that kills your imagination (TV, soap operas, inane and idiotitc promotional videos, or those “trying to make some sort of inane point in a long winded and overly showboaty manner” and so forth are PRIME EXAMPLES OF THIS) is the minute you slide further towards inertia and BOZO like behavior 

And “boredom” and complaining galore too.

Michelle, a friend of mine (or ...w ell, FB friend) once told me this.

“I am not the type of person who complains about where I live!”

(That being the PRC).

Last night, she messaged me out of the blue.

“Hey how are you"

I could tell that part was a formality. She needed someone to .. .

“Have you watched the videos”, she went three times without even allowing me the chance to do so (becuase deep down inside she knows I won’t, hehe).

Anyway, she sent me three links one after the other.

Bear in mind this person only talks to me either when she sends lengthy voice notes – or – you got it – videos.

In the “friendship” thus far I think it’s the first time she’s ever typed because “her English is supposedly too weak” (but it isnt weak when she speaks, hehe) 

So we got to talking.

“I’m bored!”

“China is so boring!”

OK ....

“I’m an interesting girl! I am not like most Chinese girls ! I travel all over world!”

And I tried to switch the topic to something interesting that being hiking.

“DG hiking is nothing compared to where I’m from!”

Apparently the “mountain” in her hometown in taiwan is far “better”.

It probably is, to be honest.

But really, hiking never gets boring my friend.

Neither does LIFE.

You have to FIND something to do. You gotta MAKE YOUR OWN LIFE interesting, no matter what.

I Could tell you a bazillion things to do within the confines of a room in that regard!

It’s not a matter of “boring”.

IT’s a matter of not being open minded enough to ... ah, but whatever.

What do I know, I told her.

And she bought it. Hook line and sinker.

“I’m just the fitness guy”, I tittered. “Maybe thats why I like hikes, foot massages (I dont, actually) and the like”

(I DO like body massages though)

(and thats why I put out a section on MASSAGE in the 0 Excuses Fitness book)

but really, the video she sent were LONG.

I watched about a few seconds of one.

That was enough.

Some inane nonsense about some tom tommers claiming “Taiwan is a much better place to live than America” – and then dissing America (curiously enough he’s American) in favor of China, Taiwan etc.

Punctuated by the most asinine and juvenile music ever.

So much for interesting and well traveled “different” ladies.

I rest my case.

And on a side note, as my friend from the Marines rightly said.

“Taiwan exists because of it’s friends. Simple. “

And it IS that simple.

Maybe thats what causes all the angst as well, hehe.

Anyway, thats that for now.

I dont like videos, but sometimes they’re necessary.

Last one I watched was of a guy taking apart a water dispenser.

Now that was cool. Learned me a NEW TRICK, hehe.

A do at home kinda thing.

And I believe I watched a Trump video (part of it) about going out and voting, but he made it interesting.

“Maybe you’ll vote for me, and maybe you won’t”, I remember him saying.

And after reading all this, maybe you’ll stay on my list, and maybe you won’t.

Maybe you’ll invest in the 0 Excuses Fitness System, or maybe you won’t.

Or maybe you’ll just send me more inane idiotic vidoes and wonder why I Dont reply to you.

All good either way, hehe ...

Its funny how the human mind processes things ...

And how HABITS are formed.

For years and years and years and years, even when in China, I was of the opinion and bent of mind that the first thing you did upon waking up in the morning was (after coffee and a dump) was get into the SHOWER.

And stay there for a good 10 minutes or so.

This routine was so ingrained in me that I learned something new while doing it

That being, the benefits of COLD water showers in the EXTREME winters – not out of choice, but “necessity” (somehow those heaters in China find a way to give up when you need ‘em the most, hehe).

(It’s usually a small thing, but they usually give up when you want to take a QUICK shower and are pressed for time. If it CAN go wrong, probably will!).

Anyway ...

I’ll write about that later, but for now?

When I first floated the idea of doing what the Chinese do, which is to steadfastly shower at night, and usually never before, I was looked upon as crazy.

“Thats dirty”, people told me.

Hmm ....

When I Told the Chinese?

“How can you not shower at night! Thats gross!!”

Or, what Carol told me.

“I can’t imagine how you’d get into bed without a shower at night!”

(Not EVERYONE told me this sort of thing, but the vast majority of people in China DID, and DO until today, and those that didnt, probably just didnt and would anyway. Hehe).

Then when I went to the Middle East for an ill fated few months, it seemed like the “mid day time” (as they put it) was the time to shower, take a siesta, and so forth.

A two hour break between work seemed as alien to me initially as the shower at night first did, when I first got to know of it.

But I got used to it.

(Company I was at for a brief while did it’s damndest to pinch an extra hour out of its employees so in essence and really speaking it was a very hurried one hour break – I mean barely enough time to even sneak in a meal, because you were using company transport to go back and forth and other rubbish, but this isn’t about that ... but anyway ... point begets).

(The other hour they tried to pinch was mostly peopel sleeping al through it). Real work only started around 3PM ...

But again, and the point of all this 

Yours truly for one doesnt shower in the morning these days.

I prefer to get my WORKOUT in first thing in the morning. And THEN Shower.

If I dont workout in the mornings, then I’ll wait until I do, and then shower.

Often times, if I’m exceedingly busy, it will be a long night shower.

Do I feel “dirty” in the morning?

I Dont think so, my friend, and I haven’t been “stinking: any either.

I could never understand how smells and stinks somehow miraculously make their way into a clean bed! (to manifest in the morning).

They DON’T. It’s a matter of HABIT.

Nothing against morning showers either, for those that like it.

But again, the point begets.

There isn’t “one right way”.

The point is, to do it 

If you do what many peiople in China and India do in the winters, which being to NOT shower at all for days, and do so very sparingly so that a NASTY, NASTY, PUTRID stench comes out of the person – then I’d say hell no.

(and it’s both men and women. The women cover it up with perfumes and the like, but you can still “smell it”. UGH! And the men .... well, they dont even cover it up).

But otherwise ...

Fitness wise, SAME thing.

There is NO one right way my friend.

You may find that pull-ups done BEFORE your hill climbs work best. For you.

For me, they did for a while!

You may find that for a period you do NOTHING but Hindu squats

I did!

You may find that doing less is indeed more – as I’ve found!

And so forth.

Point being – do what works for YOU – and this is something I emphasize in all my books and courses.

And just do it!

How far ahead are YOU?

One of the things that I always ask everyone (well, on my coaching calls that is) in terms of progressing at anything (life, fitness, workouts, relationships etc) is this.

HOW FAR AHEAD are you – right now – of both the herd and yourself?

Por ejempelo, lets say you got a goal to do 100 pushups at ONE shot.

No breaks.

Perfect form.

No sagging.

Just up and down, up and down ... (no pun intended, hehe, especially given that email on supposed porno or what not).

Chest to the floor, back up. ALL the way.

A 100 of those suckers at ONE GO.

Now, you know the how of how to get there – or if youdont, Pushup Central will teach you. The techniques, I mean!

But really, when you DO the thing.

ARE you doing ‘em throughout the day?

ARE YOU doing what you can?

ARE YOU doing the isometrics if you can’t do a single pushup?

ARE you focusing on different variations?

Most of all, and this encapsulates all of the above – how much do you really want it?

If you do, you’ll likely be doing all of the above, and then some.

Ahead of yourself.

And the herd, that tries once a day and gives up.


I know which side I’d rather be on. 

I dont know if you guys have noticed, but I have my writing done in advance too.

To prepare for that rainy day where I dont “feel like writing” (which of course never happens, but just in case).

Do YOU have that sort of seriousness about your LIFE – and BUSINESS?

To make plans -backup plans – and all of that in the flow?

No, that ain’t contradictory!

If you do, I can tell you which way you’re going in life.

It’s UP.

And if you don’t, you are either stagnant, or going down, and they’re both the one and the same thing.

PS – It’s been said it requires 10,000 hours of practice to really get good at something. I often say that absolute mastery of an exercise is something VERY FEW, if ANY people can achieve, including the great Bruce Lee who did thumb pushups for hundreds of reps per set!

How about a handstand thumb pushup??

(Note – dont try it!)

And so forth.

Point is, if you want to achieve, then DO. And do more than the herd, and outdo yourself too. It shoul dbe a competition with YOU first, and then the rest !

In came a comment from Bozo Schofield, whining as usual.

“No-one likes you!”

“The gorilla, the marine, Chuck” ... and on went the list.

Dont know about gorillas and “Chuck” is what Itold him , but the marines and high powered lawyer may have a different opinion on this, hehe.

But anyway, here is what my Dad (with whom it’s well known I dont agree upon anything at all, except those few things that yes, he WAS right about – slipped in “in between” and quietly, hehe, that stuck with yours truly).

Back in the day, when I was working for Freddie, at least in the “initial days of the job” I was doing my damndest to stand out – and make a case for myself.

Freddie hired me on gut and because he liked me.

(sorry, bozos, hehe)

But, the reason he presented to his boss was my I.T. knowledge and he needed a website built, and so forth ...

... And I was starting to get a little too aggressive with my follow ups on this with my managers (well, with “the” managers I should say, since I reported directly to the GM i.e. Freddie) ...

And in a moment of self doubt (back in those days sometimes it did crop up, hehe) I mentioned it in passing to my father when he was asking about it I believe.

“It’s not your job to be liked”, he commented quietly. “You’re there for your career!”

Actually, it was emailed to me now that I recall ...

... and of course, much to his probable and potential consternation, his other piece of advice on “toning it down” was completely ignored (i.e .the part about “sometimes you have to bottle it up andbe politically correct” and “white lie”).

I went the whole humpty, as I always do, have done, and WILL continue to do as I mentioned in that last “there” e-mail ...

And it shows, doesnt it?

IF something is right, then I say it no matter what.

If I didnt do something, such as “get an infamous email sent way back in 2012” that I was accused of, then (maybe it was 2013) I WILL say I didnt, and I WILL stand my ground regardless of what jobs I might get canned for.

As I discussed with Charles Mitchell a few months ago, at the end of the day you have to be able to look yourself in the mirror.

The only way I can do that is if I a) stick up for what I believe in , b) do the right thing no matter what and c) STICK TO MY GUNS!

C) is often times the most important.

No, I ain’t “preaching” here, friend. It’s TRUE.

Fitness wise, same thing.

Despite the hordes gravitating to the gyms and weights in the hope of fitness nirvana, I WILL point them down the 0 Excuses Fitness route anyway.

Despite the nuts benching cows in the gym and hurting their shoulders beyond repair, I WILL continue to state the benefits of handstand pushups until the cows comes how to roost (was that rooster, hehe).

And so forth.

It ain’t about sales. I’d probably make more – way more if I catered to the sheeple out there

But I ain’t gonna do it.

Thats not me.

It just ain’t me!

Never has been, never will be.

What I give you is what I do – and what works – flat out works – better than ANY OTHER bodyweight exercise program out there even!

And I am prepared to go the extra mile or five more, hehe, to back that up!
