“I have other choices!”

I’ve been yammering up a storm with Christina, a lady I know from wayyy back inthe day.

I dont know why, but I said hi, so did she, and we continued to talk.

And she’s a lady that for some reason keeps repeating the same thing, something that annoys me no end.

(Though in her defense, she’s trying to get freebies. Nothing if not persistent in that regard, hehe).

But I laid into her a bit, before backing off. She’s actually cool!

“Madam, try and say something ORIGINAL for once, not just the same thing. It’s so damned boring!”

(I believe those are NOT the exact words, but thats the gist).

She giggled.

“I’ll try and improve my memory”, she went.

I dont think she will!

But anyway, here is the nub of this.

Every time we chat she asks me what I do.

Though I’ve told her a bazillion times and it’s plainly obvious.

Every time after that, she “wants to see my books”.

“Where can I go”.

Though I’ve told her.

And then of course.

“Can I read them”?

Although I’ve told her “no free” about a 1000 times, she keeps it up.

And then the most hilarious part of all this.

“I have other options! I dont need them!” she goes.

Well, if you do, Madam, by all means GET ‘em.

Why constantly ask me, hehe.

No reply of course.

But this sort of thing is typical for the freebie seekers and those that NEVER have any intention of DOING the thing (i.e. those that may buy, but will never DO the thing).

Tyre kickers.

Wanting something for nothing.

And so forth.

And I suppose it’s no wonder I dont get on social media anymore?

Hehe.

Anyway, enough on that front.

To find out which books she’s so eager to read, go right HERE bro.

Pick up a couple – best investment you’ll Ever make – both fitness wise and life wise (one and the same thing at the end of the day).

I’m out. Back soon!

Best,

Often times, I gotta laugh out loud.

And one of the comments from the Bozo (Bozo Glyn Schofield on public welfare in the UK and probably recovering from his latest you know what fueled binge) NEVER ceases to crack me up.

Well, two things.

“Terrible trash for tom toms”, he goes with regard to one of my books – while then calling himself a tom tom in the next line (after some haphazard workout copying from the “free preview” section of the book, hehe).

Or the blog I suspect ...

Anyway, here is a gem I’d like to reshare.

Please show me evidence that you’ve sold a single book. I am a pound (he sent the sign, which I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get on here) millionare, and can prove it”.

Of course he didnt prove squat.

The “pound millionaire” who has time to haunt all the online forums, troll just about everyone he comes in contact with (and then get beat up for it) – and of course, steal money from his “Friends”, screw them over – well – we’ve been over all that.

As a person I was communicating with recently said on this issue.

“Bozos’s reviews have zero or less credibility. He hasn’t even read any of the books – can he evven read? Maybe he should be slapped across the face, come to think of it, thats probably just what someone should do to him”.

(I’m paraphrasing from memory here, but that was the gist).

I agree. Hehe.

And thats probably the reason behind his repeated “private” hospital visits. Heh.

Last I heard he was bumming around in “Chung King mansions in HK” (the hood if there ever was one and Hong Kong's version of a ghetto - though to be fair there's some nice hotels on the top floors)  and then a hovel in the Phillippines before his friend finally relented and flew his ass back to the UK, so I dont know about fancy hospitals etc!

Unless he’s managed to dupe some poor broad yet again. Yet another rude awakening lies in store ...

Sigh.

But really, an apt response to all of this would be as such.

“Can you prove I didnt sell a single book”?

LOL ...

Silly idiotic questions deserve those sort of answers!

But really, as for evidence, there is a time to ask, and a time NOT to.

For instance, the courts are right in asking the Trumpinator to either “put up or shut up”.

Dont get me wrong.

I love Trump and I wished with all my heart he was the Prez again, but hey. Fair and square bro.

If you lost, he lost, and of course Trump knows all this ...

But fitness wise, there IS evidence.

From 120 to 60 kgs (yours truly)

From customers telling me that my exercises truly build “indestructible human beings”!

From thos ethat have spent their entire life in physical vocations, or dangerous vocations telling me that my workouts are what really hit the spot, and give one the FUNCTIONAL FITNESS one needs to SURVIVE in real life.

And indeed, given what the world is and has come to ...

“Nuff said me thinks.

So the non-Bozos reading this – DO pick up the 0 Excuses Fitness System, my friend. You’ll see plenty of proof that the system works and more in the videos – and of course when you first GET on the system yourself!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – As for the Bozos reading this (I’m sure there are others! Schofield said he “something of a pioneer”himself in terms of trolling, but I’m sur ehe ain’t the only one, hehe) – feel free to vent away as well. I’m all ears. HA!

Boy oh boy!

From “American dog” (which I wrote about a long time ago on Medium) to being called an
“Indian Nazi” . . . and more!

Quite a journey eh, and probably #101 on the list of the already very long and burgeoning list of names I’ve been called.

My first thought upon looking at that was “dude keep going”.

As the Chinese say “add oil”. Or “Jia you” (apparently a Wuhan version of “keeping on going” when the CCP unleashed the Chinese virus on their unfortunate souls).

And yes, while I don’t call it Kung Flu, Prez Trump is right for using the term, and I can understand why.

Anyway . . . why was I called this beautiful term?

Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to guess, given my posts about China and their Nazi like behavior in general.

And being I’m NOT the sort of people to shy away from calling a spade a spade, and for those of you that still buy into the liberal koolaid of “China didn’t spread the virus”, well, here are some facts.

They didn’t just know and spread the virus. They DEVELOPED it. The initial strain came from Saudi Arabia, and was modified by none other than the mainland Chinese. It’s not a coincidence that there are bio war fare labs a short distance away from the market at Wuhan, for one.

Second, their illegal claims in the East Sea (I’d rather use that term than the south China sea) . . .

Secretary Pompeo and a host of international rulings and disputes have done a great job of pointing those out, but if there ever a parallel to Nazi like behavior before WWII, THIS is it.

Not to mention their constant land grabs in India. India trusts them (naively) and they laugh at India and simply move their armies in and refuse to budge despite the so called “negotiations”.

India is probably finally beginning to really start to amp the pressure on them though, and it’s long overdue. That’s the LAST missing piece in the puzzle – a resurgent India despite all its problems (a lot self created to be honest) and America and the ROW together, and we’ll finally see the end of the CCP.

As should be. Enough truly is enough!

Oh, and did I mention what they’re doing to the Ughur Muslims of China, practices such as forced sterilization, forced labor (since their own Han Chinese are too lazy to do any real work other than copy and paste), mass indoctrination, a refusal to allow them to follow their own religion, and worse?

Need I continue?

IF Hitler is to be called the worst pestilence of the modern era (and he WAS, most likely!), then it would be a folly not to put the CCP in the same bracket, perhaps even MORE SO.

The above are just three glaring examples, by the way. I could and have ranted before about their virulent racism to anyone non Han Chinese and their own people. Their shockingly entitled attitude. And their idiotic manner of making centuries old claims and then bullying whoever they can to GET those claims “vilified”.

Did I use the right word?

Nah, and I’m sure the grammar Nazis will have me for it.

But really. Hong Kong for one while it’s a Chinee issue was handed over by the Republic Of China, NOT the CCP, and therefore should have gone back to them if one were to really look at “historical claims”, and yet, do we see it going back to Taiwan anytime soon?

I think not!

Anyway, why do I bring this up.

Because anytime you say it like it is, my friend, people are going to get PISSED off.

Big time.

And part of the reason Donald Trump for one is so successful is because he simply doesn’t CARE what people think or say of him (much like the CCP, except they’ve been secretly caring for a while now!).

And yours truly has always been the same way.

I don’t care if I get called a buffoon (someone called me just that) for claiming pushups were far more useful and better than bench presses with the bros.

My last email on CONTINUITY (the sheer power of it) got a lot of likes, and positive comments.

And MORE than a few unsubscribes.

“Who do you think you are to call us out”, ranted one person. “Not everyone has a nice life like you where they can do what they like!”

It’s amazing perhaps, but yes, that was a response to the above email, meaningless as it is. I really did hit a chord eh.

As I apparently did with my recent comments on China.

More to come in both regards.

Stay tuned!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

On postponing the inevitable, and more . . .

While doing my pushups today it struck me that what is currently going on in the world on many fronts - - including the mess that India has currently got itself into (more on that later) with the Chinese, the overrallying cry seems to be “lets do it later”.

Let’s postpone the inevitable, though we all know it’s coming . . .

What do I mean?

Well, this Chinese virus for one.

We all know that the Chinese developed this, spread this and actively worked to not just contain info about it in the initial stages, but also make sure that the virus spread to ALL parts of the world by NOT imposing lockdown style restrictions etc on travel when it first began (when they first engineered it to begin).

And other than Donald Trump, Mike Pompeo and a few others in the current U.S. admin (though that number has increased a lot at the time of writing this) NO-ONE stated the blinding obvious (I should say “yours truly” too here, but hey, I’ll let it slide!).

I still remember the widespread panic that is now being replaced (slowly but surely) by a “resignation to the inevitable”.

Which wouldn’t be so bad if wasn’t accompanied by FEAR.

Hey, let me be very clear and state something I’ve been very clearly and stridently advocating and STATING ever since the madness started.

One, this silly virus only affects people with LOW immunity, and indeed, studies have shown its not just those people, but people with pre-existing serious medical conditions that have been mostly affected.

And out of those people, 1 in 10 people die, and the rest . . . RECOVER.

Am I saying that 1 person isn’t important?

No.

I recently saw that a man who I have known ever since I was a teenager and a man that has always wished the best for me pass away due to the virus. I’ve seen people I know affected by it. Believe me, I’m not making light of the deaths.

But where do we stop my friend?

Panic, and FEAR are indeed the biggest killers, and I’ve written about the mind control that inevitably follows, and . . . . well, you get my drift.

And these silly lockdowns.

You can stop the tide of water behind a dam my friend. The Chinese managed to do it on their mighty Yellow River for ages with the Three Gorges Dam.

And even that dam is showing cracks now.

And when that dam is released, guess what.

The water don’t just go away.

Same thing with the virus. It will and is attacking with all that pent up ferocity now, and combined with the panic that is still spreading willy nilly, it’s doing FAR more to dent recovery of any sort than the actual illness it causes.

And no-one seems to “get it”, least of all States that seem to want shut everything down again, not thinking of livelihoods lost, jobs that may never come back, and so forth.

And in all this, of course. The India-China conflict, and the Chinese bullying.

And most gallingly, India, a nation that CAN AND SHOULD stand up to India not doing so.

PM Modi is hardly to be seen these days, except in poses of him doing yoga, and one “designer photo session” (so it seemed to me!) of him talking to the troops in the mountains and proclaiming that the “world has seen what India can do” and that “the era of expansionism is over”.

Hmmm . . .

All the while, Army senior, or those that USED To be in the Army are publicly calling the government out and rightfully so, because despite all the hoo haa about talks etc going on, the Indian government has quietly accepted the Chinese “claims” and literally given away the biggest slice of territory to China since it gave Aksai Chin away in the 60’s.

Something that could have been avoided easily then. The Indian Air Force, for one stood ready to blast the enemy positions away, but the pacifist government of the time didn’t allow them to fire a single shot!

And we all know what happened thereafter.

The government now is seen as anything but pacifist, but what is happening now is the same.

The Chinese have intruded upon Indian territory, refuse to leave, and have created a buffer zone on INDIAN territory, a fact the Indian mainstream media (mostly all bought or threatened by the Modi government) does NOT want you to hear.

And a fact that many in the Indian Army are DESPERATELY trying to get people to hear.

It’s not for nothing that senior retired Army officers of the rank of Colonel and above have come out and said they’re ASHAMED to be associated with a military as hamstrung as this, ESPECIALLY when the FACT is that India could easily defeat China in a dog fight!

The Indian Air Force is far superior in terms of technology and training, and so is the Navy. Combined, these two (think the Straits of Malacca in addition to the hills) would be more than plenty to stamp the dragon’s economic “might” (so called might) out (and indeed, THAT is why the U.S. has sent them three big and bad boys into the Taiwan Straits right now, so as to ensure the Chinese don’t gain control of it!) out once and for all.

The Army itself is battle hardened, and China’s mini skirt wearing “warriors” aren’t. As for the mini skirt part, just look at their National Day Parade back in October . . .

The most astounding fact is this.

The Chinese are well known for their salami slicing tactics.

They intrude, make some vague claims, refuse to fully retreat, and on the front of it all, they “hold talks”. Talks that last forever and go round and round in circles, and accomplish nothing (a very Chinese way indeed of negotiation) while they themselves quietly prepare for round #2 (and indeed, they have been preparing for this since April this year!).

The Indian think tank knew of it, and did nothing.

And they’re doing nothing NOW.

And lest you think it’ll end here, think again.

There is a very strong parallel, and I’ve said this before between what Nazi Germany did in the months leading up to the Second World War.

They walked into countries that weren’t theirs and took ‘em over, while world powers at the time just “watched”.

They built themselves up using the resources from those countries, and to those in India asking “why is this happening’ - - well - - that’s your answer my friend.

Believe me, the Chinese done ran out of the most important resources there are - - LAND - - and WATER a long time ago, so much so that they’re actually trying to construct “water highways” from certain water rich parts of their country to other more parched areas like the North.

And when I say their country, more than 60% of it isn’t even theirs.

Wasn’t that long ago that Tibet for one was independent and a PEACEFUL buffer state between the two giants, and ditto for Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia and the rest (oh, and Hong Kong too in most senses, but not anymore).

And much like the virus lockdowns, delaying the war with China and deluding oneself into thinking that “it’ll stop at tiny land grabs” is postponing the inevitable which is war.

And taking back what they stole . . . from EVERYONE. Not just India.

Much like Nazi Germany didn’t stop at taking over ONE country, China ain’t gonnna be satisfied with one either.

Don’t believe me?

Have you seen what is going on in Nepal, where they walked in and took a border village as theirs?

Have you seen the Bhutan mess (yet again)?

Truly imperialistic nations are NOT satisfied with pithy land grabs.

Those are done to further their overall aims of “world domination” by any means necessary. Could be imperial Britain we’re referring to or Gengis Khan if we go back further, but the point stands.

Mike Pompeo stated that the Indians “did all they could” to counter Chinese aggression.

I laud the man for saying it like it is and highly admire him, but I have to disagree.

The Indian ARMY would have to disagree too, and they are.

A LOT MORE could and should have been done. I mean, this is a country which doesn’t hesitate to order air strikes and “secret incursions” in retaliation for terror attacks on Indian soil (and don’t get me wrong; they shouldn’t!!) and yet when it comes to china doing the same thing on a much grander scale, what do you hear?

(And yes, I know. Pompeo DID say he expected India to do MORE on the open seas. Double kudos Mike!!)

Crickets, and mumbles of “they’re too strong”.

No they’re not.

And even if they were, look how they got there.

Anyone in India, including yours truly has had to LEAVE the country to truly accomplish anything of note.

The same cannot be said for China post 1980’s, where despite all the other BAD things they did, they DID at least create a “free market” of sorts in their own country where they allowed some sort of capitalism to run unfettered.

Why can’t India do the same? Why hasn’t it?

In the 80’s China was actually BEHIND India in many areas, and the economies were roughly the same size despite the Chinese land grabs and despite them having more resources, and despite their reported figures being far MORE then the reality.

Anyway . . . I don’t think I need to say any more, do I?? ?

Simply postponing the inevitable, my friend ain’t gonna work.

And as for those that ask “why do I care”, well, other than the blindingly obvious - - it is THIS.

I’d rather be speaking English going ahead, my friend.

Not Chinese.

Much like I’d rather NOT have wanted to speak German or Japanese if I was around when the World War took place, if you get my drift!

It sickens me though that there are Westerners out there that publicly decry their own nations while a) accepting MONEY from their own nation’s governments and b) utilizing the benefits that come from having said passports - - and all the time support the rogue Chinese in the hope that their little fantasy worlds teaching English (or whatever it is they’re doing there) won’t suddenly dissolve one day.

Don’t get me wrong.

If you’re there, and you’ve got a thriving business there (or other reasons to be there), by all means stay silent and don’t rock the boat if you don’t want to or otherwise don’t “need to”.

If it privately bothers you, but you don’t feel comfortable taking a stance publicly, hey. By all means don’t. To each his or her own!

But when certain sections of the people PUBLICLY decry their own nations (comments such as “The U.S. is …… and China is where it’s at! Are not just baseless, but sickening as well given these people are accepting benefits and money from the former, not the latter!) and publicly do all they can to appease the rogues, THAT is when I start calling ‘em out for who they are, which is hypocrites with a capital H.

Let me be very clear, my friends.

The threat ain’t going away, and India as the next biggest power in Asia needs to do a LOT MORE to counter China and its expansionism.

Good news is if they do, it ain’t gonna take much. Much like when you pop a bully and he runs for the hills, never to return. The Chinese are the exact same my friend.

And as for those that bring out the (and there is a fair bit of that happening in India as of today) “you’re not an Indian supporter” if you don’t toe the official B.S. lines . . . well, I’m sorry, but that ain’t how things work.

That’s how Communist China works, sure. Not a democracy, and not a vibrant, albeit highly chaotic one at that . . .

And let me ask you this.

Is wanting one’s own land back being “unpatriotic”?

Is wanting not to be bullied “unpatriotic”?

Would you rather believe the Army officers who have been there and done that, so to speak, in terms of actually trying to DO SOMETHING, or the politicians safe and isolated from it all? (or the Chinese, who don’t even publicly acknowledge their dead soldiers, and don’t allow their family to cremate them in a traditional manner, etc for fear of having to “acknowledge the uncomfortable truth” publicly?).

I didn’t think so, and I rest my case. (but I had to say it).

But postponing the inevitable, again, won’t make the problem go away.

It will just INCREASE it if anything.

And fitness is the same damn way.

People in general are getting unhealthier and FATTER by the day.

More miserable.

More frustrated at the lack of direction and apparent control over their lives (and of course, when someone says this for the fact it is, it’s far more convenient to “shoot the messenger” than do anything CONSTRUCTIVE about the real Problem which ain’t the messenger himself or herself).

And when you ask these people what they’re doing about it?

Nothing. Zilch. Zip. Nada. Zero.

“Waiting to see what happens”.

“I’ll get on the exercise tomorrow. Or perhaps day after. Or perhaps next month.

(or perhaps never) . . .

“I’m tired today”

“I deserve a break today!” (no you don’t!)

“I fought with my wife today! I’m mentally exhausted”( ok, I get it, but still . . . )

And so forth.

And all the while, as they postpone their own personal inevitable, the looming reality of the situation looms, not to mention the shirt buttons that start a-poppin and belt buckles that get loosened “on their own” if you catch my drift! ?

Postponing the inevitable never helps, my friend.

Might as well get on it now – and get it over with, or at least get started!

And that’s the most salient and indeed way too long lesson I can give you today. Im pretty sure it will cause some of the lookie lous to unsubscribe from the list, which is fine. As I wrote in another communique, which I have not sent out as yet; if you’re on the list merely for freebies, then you might as well not be there.

Youre merely postponing the . . .

. . . ah, but wait.

We went there, didn’t we?

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. – Stop postponing the inevitable, my friend. You KNOW you need the best damn fitness system out there. You KNOW it’s imperative you get that belly under control, and do at least a 100 pushups daily! You KNOW it’s important to be able to do at least ONE PROPER and slow pull-up if not more.

And so forth. . .

Get on the train NOW, my friend. Start right HERE!

P.S #2 – Point of a war, you ask? Well, simple. Take back Indian territory. Take back Tibet, or should I say LIBERATE the damn place. And you’ll see how quickly the Commies fall apart in other areas once that first step (and a most important one given Tibet’s natural resources!) is taken!

P.P.S. – For those that think I’m “B.S’ing”, please do your RESEARCH first and then get back to me on this. There’s no point making idiotic statements such as “China is the next superpower” with nothing to back it up. No it ain’t, and was never in a position to be so either! IF anything, it is India that has most of the characteristics you’d associated with a TRUE superpower “in the making”! Point being, of course, that India needs to (finally, at long last) get rid of the “in the making” tag and replace it with “made” . . . in India, preferably. Hehe.

Dreams that come true in REVERSE

This one may come across as a bit of a strange thing to say, but bear with me (as usual, hehe).

I’ve often spoken about the power of dreams, both dreams you have when you’re awake, and when you’re FAST ASLEEP.

And with regard to the latter, I have often spoken about the vivid and very colorful indeed dreams I have, and how not just MOST of the time, but ALL the time, they’ve given me valuable information to use in my daily life.

Or, predicted events that would occur later.

In certain cases (a guy named Jack Lin being one prime example) showed me people and told me names in a way I couldn’t recognize from Adam at the time of the dream, people who I ended up meeting and working for weeks or months later.

In the case of Jack Lin, I actually did some work for him three weeks or so after having the dream which was set in a bar where “Charles” (and I know many people by that name!) asked me to go with him to Jack Lin’s bar.

That was the dream, and if knowing the result you have any doubts that the subconscious thinks in pictures, well, there is proof enough.

It was actually FATE that introduced me to a guy named Jack Lin and a guy named Tim who ultimately ended up recommending me . . .

Anyway, the point of me saying all this?

Is this.

Often times, I have dreams - - multiple and seemingly unconnected dreams.

First good, second bad. Or the second terrible, and the first and third awesome.

OR a combo therein.

And what happens ALL of the time is things come true per these dreams, but they do so, almost inevitably in reverse.

What I dream about the first usually happens last, sometimes even before the “fag” end of the day!

And what I dream about “last” happens FIRST.

And that’s how it’s always been for me.

Again, point of me bringing this up you ask?

Well, simple enough, pally. FITNESS is the same!

Most people think “six pack” or “muscular sides” when they think fitness (any sort of fitness – and lets face it, even the so called “I’m a big guy, not fat!” crowd wants just that).

If they didn’t, they wouldn’t . . . ah, but we went there, did we not. Hehe. In a prior email or many . . .

After that, it’s usually big arms. Or muscle on the chest.

Then the upper back.

And then “solid legs and thighs”. Perhaps the “diamond shaped calves” (most ignore that part of the body altogether!).

And guess what comes first.

If you guessed legs, you’d be right.

Guess what comes second.

IF you guessed BACK, you’d be right!

The specifics differ for each person, of course, but by and large, your body whips the most important parts of you into shape - - in that order.

And so it should be, my friend!

And that’s truly how dreams come true - - of any nature.

Get the most important things out of the way first.

Do the heavy lifting and SPADEWORK FIRST.

Set a solid base!

And once you’re past all that, focus on the smaller things you want to get done.

And this is sage advice that not just me, but anyone that’s achieved anything of note will tell you and then some!

Alright, enough talk from me. Here’s where you can grab the BEST damned fitness system first (and yes there is a reason I focus on legs and back the MOST!) –https://0excusesfitness.com/0excusesfitnessystem/

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. – Pushups give you a full body workout including the legs. Yes, that’s right. The LEGS too! Pick up our MUCH VAUNTED course on pushups right HERE, and find out why!

Getting over the fear of losing BUSINESS

Something that most entrepreneurs struggle with when they start out (and indeed a lot of people that have ostensibly “made it”) is the feeling of “losing business”.

The feeling of (and lets face it, we’ve all been there) “what if they stop buying if I say what I really feel”.

If I say it like it IS.

Really IS, no punches pulled.

A long time ago, I was (a bit!) that way myself.

While I’ve always been called brutally honest from a very young age, I did sometimes have doubts about “if I should actually say it”.

Doubts that were removed by the REACTIONS I got from those that actually took the time to read what I was saying as opposed to making knee jerk reactions.

While not everyone agreed with me at all times (and that’s fine!) and a lot of people downright HATED MY GUTS for saying it like it is (and probably even more hate me now, and again that’s fine!) . . . there was ONE overwhelming consensus to all this.

If you really want the facts – then Rahul Mookerjee is the man to go to!

And loss of business? Followers? Social sh-media LIKES or so forth?

Fooey.

Who cares!

Ben settle I think it was who first wrote about “pandering to the mob mentality” I believe. (He likely wasn’t as he says in his post the first one to write it, period , but I read the piece on his blog, so . . . ).

Basically, the premise of the argument, and a very valid one at that was this.

(and he’s a copy writer, so he wrote from that angle).

“If you’re writing copy and getting scared about, and editing your copy to make sure it doesn’t offend, inflame, or otherwise “rile” people up – or make them madly “love you”, for that matter” then youre not writing anything that is worthy of reading.

So true my friend.

And more on losing SALES. And popularity.

Donald Trump, whom everyone “loves to hate” is currently enjoying a 96% plus approval rating in the Republican party.

This for a man who apparently “even his own party members distance themselves from at certain times!”

In short, if you want to be successful at busines, or anything in life, you have to polarize. Not ALWAYS, and I’m NOT saying you should speak or write with the intention of causing offense, but if you are stating the facts, and someone gets offended, well SO BE IT.

IF someone can’t handle facts for what they are, would you want them in your life anyway?

Either as a friend, or customer, or what not . . .

WOUD YOU?

I really don’t think I would, my friend.

And as for the void not being filled worry, rest assured that the minute you cut people out of your life that DON’T matter, it gets filled with people that DO.

People that you WANT in your life.

People that respond logically to you. People that LIKE YOU. People that BUY from you. And so forth.

Trust me, if anything, saying it like it is will HELP SALES, and then some!

And so it will in terms of fitness.

If you’re currently struggling with being overweight no matter what you do, then the LAST thing you need to be told is that “what you’re doing will work eventually” (especially if you’ve been pavement pounding and the like for AGES).

If you’re currently FAT, then the LAST thing you need to be told is that “you’re a big guy” (unless you’re big and fat both, in which case BOTH need to be mentioned).

Trust me, the things we least like to hear are often times what we NEED to hear the most!

And on that note, I’m out.

Oh. Wait.

Before I go, here is something else a lot of people don’t like to hear.

The BEST DAMNED fitness system on the planet is right here – https://0excusesfitness.com/0excusesfitnessystem/

Have at!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. – Stop trying to “please the majority”, my friend. Really. It’s cringeworthy to say the LEAST.

I’ll admit it.

Oh YES, I will.

I’ve been in one of my foul, foul moods as of the last couple of days. Day and a half, actually, ever since .  . .

Even since, ah, but wait.

I wrote a post about the FACT that ignoring the negative in your life won’t necessarily make it go away, and in some cases will even excaberate the problem.

That caused a few people to unsubscribe from the list. One person (well intentioned) even sent me this “Can’t you be a little less grumpy at times?”

Well, she was right in a way, but she was WRONG in a bigger way.

I wasn’t being any grumpier than my normal “el groucho” self. I was stating a fact, which with all the hoo haa about everything going on, people choose to ignore these days, and “just think positive”, thinking it will “draw the positive” to them.

And the so called goooorrooooosss don’t help either, my friend, by propogating  stuff that flat out don’t WORK.

As for proof?

Look around you, my friend. Look at what is happening not just to you on a macro level, but globally.

And as for this damned COVID19, don’t even get me started on the stupidity again. Apparently it’s gotten to the point where even normally sane people are buying into the insanity of “the world needs to stay locked down indefinitely” and to hell with why or the repercussions and consequences.

Deep breath ….

Anyway …

So you have probably noticed my two sites (at least the fitness ones) beiong up and down over the past day or so.

Actually, you probably noticed an OLDER version of the site yesterday without the most recent blog posts, and today, a BLANK page when accessing the site.

My host done moved servers for what seemed like the umpteenth time, and in typically professional manner and by their own admission they never bothered to inform any of their customers about it.

And for what seemed like the billionth and one time, 2-3 days of blog posts and site upgrades were LOST during the transfer, and the host could care less despite this problem occurring not once, not twice, but damn near every month.

If anything, their response is “so what. IT happens”.

And one fine gentleman on the support team took the time and initiative to rename the site main file to “hello world”, and then claim it was working when 0excusesfitness.com showed nothing but “hello world”, something my six year old could probably have done eyes closed.

And for those that didn’t know, they call this “tech support”.

UGH.

Some will no doubt ask why I don’t move hosts given all these fools have put me through in 2020.

But I did my friend.

And the last one was just as bad, and in these times of lockdown and what not (indeed, they have a ready excuses “we’re working from home! Please understand!”) I am not sure a move would be the best idea.

What infuriates me is their stock “We’re sorry for the inconvenience” response to everything, which they just generate by pressing a button on their customer service app. They’re anything BUT sorry, and this problem reoccurs every month, so if they WERE truly sorry they would have fixed it, but nothing.

A law unto themselves a lot of these web hosts are, and while I’ve shortlisted another one, I’m not hopeful. But we’ll see.

In the meantime if you have any suggestions on this front, feel free to pass ‘em my way and we’ll go from there.

And on other fronts, and grip workouts …. Napoloen Hill correctly stated that every situation, every negative occurrence has a positive – and the seed of an equivalent or greater benefit if you look for it.

While I’m not sure this situation has any benefit whatsoever, I was feeling 200 on a scale of 1 to 100 on the grumps scale this morning, and I’m at 70 now.

How?

Well, the only way I know how.

A hard, hard workout in which the jump rope darn near slipped out of my hand, and not because of the sweat either.

IT was because I couldn’t grip it any longer at a certain point during my workout.

That’s right.

The Gorilla grip fanatic could barely grip the jump rope!

Would you believe it if I told you that my workout involved nothing but this, and the numbers 1600 and 20?

A 20 minute workout for 1600 jumps, and a slight change in hand position that left me fried.

A small change that torched my entire chest and core, and upper back, and my grip … and that explains the numerous typos in this here email, more so than normal, hehe.

I’m not going to reveal what it is HERE, but rest assured it’s BIG my friend – it will work your entire body and fry that unsightly lard off in ways you never thought possible – in record fast time.

And I’ll reveal all on my groups and inner SHIP (circle) once the site is finally back online. UGH!

And so it goes for now, my friend. I’m so pissed I haven’t even turned on the air-con and I’ll do so now and might as well take a shower too, hehe.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. – Napoelon Hill wrote about being tested, did he not? In his own words, there seems to be a hidden guide whose job it is to test men through all sorts of discouraging circusmstanes and heartbreaks to ascertain just how much they can take. The men that succeed are those that keep picking themselves back up  and keep on keeping on, until they finally “reach” – and the gates of full blown success are thrown wide open – and in terms of hosting – and some other things right now – I sure do seem to be going through it!

P.S #2- Nothing new for me though, hehe, so rest assured. We’ll be back with a bang very soon – and how – and on that note, I’m out. See ya later!

P.P.S – And while I won’t name and shame the web host for now, I’ll tell you this – stay AWAY from companies that pretend to be based out of the U.S. and have their support sneakily and entirely based in India. I’ve written about how tech companies and BPO etc in general is quietly leaving India, and THIS level of service is one reason why, and believe me, with my I.T. background and work experience here, I KNOW (back in the day I actually worked for someone, hehe).

No it aint racism, so please get off your soap box(before you start). It’s me stating a FACT, my friend. Customer service in anything (or most things) in India atrocious if at all existent … Amazon India being the one exception to the rule.

I’m sure there are good companies there, but they are very much the exception I’d say rather than the NORM!

On “40 years of Rocky”, and more ...

So, I just watched a movie last night. A rather short one!

From an all time favorite actor of mine.

Perhaps My ONLY favorite actor – Sly Stallone!

And he’s made a short little documentary film on Rocky which is little more than a brain dump to be honest. And I knew that from the get go after readin the movie reviews.

And yet, Stallone is a man I highly admire.

He’s been there, done that, blazed a trail – and then some!

Fitness wise, he’s ... well, I dont think we need to go there! A guy thats making movies such as the Expendables at an age WELL over 65 or so (I think he’s way over 70 now?).

And while the last installment of the Rambo series was more gore than anything else, Stallone’s still in awesome condition for a man his age.

I’ve spoken about the similiarity between his conditioning routines and mine ... and how both him and I later realized that those LONG drawn out workouts with LESS food (and Stallone truly went to extremes!) was doing more harm than good.

They got results, but ...

Stallone’s muscle really exploded once he learned the value of doing LESS, not more – in the gym (and knowing his body!).

Anyway, in the brain dump amongst other things he talks about never giving up.

He talks about how his life was going nowhere fast.

And how it literally EXPLODED the year Rocky was released!

“Keep buying those lottery tickets! You never know when you might hit the jackpot!”

And he is RIGHT.

Now, in the movie, they went into a lot of interesting details about how Rocky was made on a shoestring budget which dwindled even further as the shooting progressed.

And, how the extras that were supposed to show up never did, hehe, because of pay etc, and how they improvised on the spot.

All great stuff, and while the majority of people won’t get it, Stallone is actually imparting more education in that half hour than most will get in their lives (similar to what I do in these daily emails of mine).

Take it or leave it, but the part about rehearsals bears WEIGHT.

They rehearsed CONTINOUSLY for months for the Rocky fights, trying to get it just right.

Stallone said that most movies dealing with boxing do NOT do these lengthy rehearsals.

Big mistake, and so sayeth the man himself.

And again, he is RIGHT.

Anyway, even while doing those lengthy rehearsals, there was doubt in Stallone’s mind as to whether all of the effort would pay off, and would be worth it.

Remember, this is a guy that slept on park benches and Grand Central station at a certain point, and had like $106 in his bank account at the time Rocky was accepted, and sold his dog off, pawned his wife’s jewelry, and, well, you get the picture.

A guy that did what he had to do.

And he put in the work.

Kept the faith.

And the results?

‘nuff said, hehe.

But really.

Point begets.

They say you need at least 10,000 hours of practice to get truly good at a skill.

Could be writing emails. Books. Could be teaching. Could be doin gpull-ups.

Could be hill climbs (those long workouts! I still remember!).

Could be walking X number of steps per day, and feeling ASTONISHED at 30 k steps taken during a single workout (that number adds up!)

But really, bro.

You gotta put in the time.

And you gotta keep the faith!

And if you do these two things, you’re WAY ahead of most people already, and you WILL get results down the pike – line – that will ASTOUND you.

Guaran-damn-teed.

Hang in there – stay strong – and HIT IT! TODAY!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

Yours truly “caveman” doesnt really get into news at all these days.

Well, Ikeep myself informed, but thats about it.

On the important things.

And one of the LEAST important things for me, if you can even call it that is “celeb gossip”.

UGH!

I do NOT want to keep up with the latest celeb breakfast, or how their dog is so cute, or other “cutesy details they share” (Priyanka Chopra, an Indian actress recently shared something about her husband “wants to see her face before she puts make up on- first thing in the morning after waking up).

UGH!

Not the act itself. But this sort of idiotic, inane news ...

But anyway, I wrote about cricket before.

And Virat Kohli, say what you might about him otherwise is at the very PINNACLE of his batting career, and how – and he’s fit as a fiddle (unlike most others in the Indian cricket team).

(well, at least of yore, but even now to be honest) ...

But Kohli is a FITNESS MANIAC!

Anyway, it doesnt surprise me that his wife a Bollywood actress (who is recently pregnant) shared a picture on social sh-media about ... her doing a modified handstand – and that while pregnant!

Quite the baby bump she’s got. I’m assuming at least four month or perhaps 5. I ain’t kept up ...

But Kohli was supporting her, while she in her own words “it was perfectly safe and used the wall for extra support, with my very able husband helping me”

And very able indeed he is!

Carol a student of mine often wanted my help in doing handstands, and I’d often support her like that at the top of the hill as she did it, and then I would (without help of course).

But while both the ladies are holding static poses, the FIRST lady is pregnant!

And she’s doing a modified forearm version of the handstand at that.

Somewhat easier given the support she’s geting, but still, while pregnant!

Just goes to show where there is a will, there is a way!

So now, where is your excuse?

Write back – and tell me!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – HERE is where you can get on the Shoulders Like BOULDERS! Train.

PS #2 – Her pose is called something in “yoga shmoga” but for the life of me I can’t remember the name of the pose.

PPS - If you needed any further reason as to why I call my fitness system - truly a LANDMARK and NEVER seen before system in many ways - the ZERO EXCUSES FITNESS SYSTEM!

Practising what I “preach”

Often times when you buy products online (and this holds true especially for information products) you’re not entirely sure as to whether the person is actually “doing” what they’re saying, are you?

You’re not entirely sure if the life coach you’re considering buying a book from has truly “been in the trenches” – or if he just got lucky and one of his books was picked up and got famous, and . . .

And so forth.

Now yes, we all make our own luck but this is not about that. There are many variables that contribute to ultimate and true success, and to me, one of the main things to consider is has the person been beaten down REPEATEDLY – only for it to have no impact, and the person stands back up and KEEPS on KEEPING ON?

I know of very few such cases, my friend, and the ones I DO KNOW of are the ones that ultimately succeeded – and in a lasting manner, and how.

I do not know a single successful person, for instance, who was the first to line up at the government office for their stimulus checks – all the while complaining about Donald Trump and how he’s hurting the nation, and other associated nonsense (while sucking off the very teat that he is providing).

No this isn’t about politics, but I’ve found that a vast majority of the people that “give advice” do anyting but follow their own advice – themselves, and this is TRUE my friend for people across all spheres of life, not just fitness or “life coaching”.

Well, yours truly has certainy been in the trenches and then some, and if you’ve been following my writings, you KNOW what I’m talking about!

This morning I woke up feeling great, but as I proceeded with my work, something strange happened.

The “great” feeling disappeared.

Well, it didn’t disappear so much as fade away, as I read some news (something I usually never do unless I’m bored) and I was left with a “deflated” feeling.

There have been some things going on in my life right now from a personal standpoint too that are taking “somewhat” of a toll, and yet, when I looked at myself in the mirror and said what Claude Bristol said so many years ago, I told myself I will GET THROUGH THIS.

I’ll get through what is making me “irritated” (I suppose that is the right term) at this minute, and it will PASS.

I pictured past successes.

I pictured myself climbing my favorite HILL, and doing the things I LOVE in life.

And very soon, the “descending black cloud of doom and gloom” was replaced by a neutral cloud.

Not enough.

I paced around the room some.

Did some pep talking.

And then . . . . dropped down, and banged out a 100 Hindu squats, making sure to focus on the DEEP BREATHING aspect of it.

And now as I sit here a good 20 minutes or so later, I’m still dripping with sweat, and I’m ready to GET HER DONE!

And that’s how it should be for you too my friend.

Visualization plus physical exercise makes an UNBEATABLE combo – and that’s what today’s missive is about!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. – And when you’re looking for fakes, look past the mere WORDS of what theyre saying.
