There are absolutely no questions whatsoever with regard to the efficiacy of the material being disseminated through the books and manuals on the site. We stand behind our products 100%, and due to our faith in the value of what we are selling, as well as the nature of the Internet, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on ANY of our informational products.
The only cases in which "no questions asked" refunds are offered are if the user does not a) recieve the product and/or b) the product is defective. Please contact us via email in such a case and we'll be happy to look into the issue pronto.
