I got the following comment on Fast and Furious Fitness, the Collector's Edition from a customer John Walker -

OUTSTANDING BOOK!!!!!!!!

This book is the perfect manual on how to get into serious condition with the absolute minimum of equipment, all that you require is something to hang from to perform Pull-Ups and a couple of bars, boxes or chairs to perform Dips and you're all set. If you're looking for a minimalist approach to getting strong and supple you cannot do better than this book. Get the book, put it to use and it will turn you into a Leopard, why a Leopard? Because a Leopard is the perfect balance between suppleness and strength. The book delivers on many fronts but it is it's no nonsense "spartan attitude" that makes it stand out from the crowd, I believe that this book will transform anyone with the smarts to put the information in it to good use. If you want to be a beast you have to train like an animal, this book is all you really need to transform yourself into the absolute best version of you, you can possibly be. Your new strong and supple body awaits, the only thing you have to do is buy the book, apply the information therein and you'll never look back. I highly recommend this book, outstanding, bravo Rahul bravo. John Walker.

And he's absolutely right. (and covers the "why" part very well). (in short, but thats how a review should be, concise, yet get the point across).

I could end this email right here and tell you to get the book now, but first ...

I could keep it BRIEF and "short and sweet" like a review John once posted on the great little book "Profound 70% Gorilla 30% Human Handstands" (level #3 in the handstand progression and the very all important BRIDGE to free standing handstands, book #4 "yet to be written") ...

"This book is short and sweet, and so will be the review. Massive upper body strength and power. Another excellent book from the bodyweight fitness guru".

I might have got a word or two wrong, or extra, but that is the gist of it. Amazon it for more... I couldn't be bothered to do so right now.

Anyway, I just saw a brief 1:33 second clip from the Animal Kingdom - three cheetahs - and a leopard takes them - all of a sudden, out of the blue!

Here - Male leopard takes on three cheetahs - YouTube

The clip is short, sweet, brutal and gets the job done.

The three cheetahs, all taller at the shoulder - amble along to prey, they prepare to eat it, when OUT OF NOWHERE - a massive leopard, shorter, but far bulkier than any of the cheetahs shows up!

He doesnt just show up.

He bare bones BULLIES the cheetahs off the prey - swaggering machismo is what it reminds me of.

There was a scene in Sly Stallone's Cobra once where Sly literally walks up to a guy, cool in aviators and all, and rips the front of his shirt off

Believe me, if that doesn't scream machisom, nothing does!

Remember the guy I once put a Gorilla Grip on ?

His friend did the same to me (just pocket though) - in eigth grade.

Trust me, I know a thing or two about being bullied, and then giving it back to them x 100!

in true blue MACHO MAN as I'm called style.

So does the leopard, mi amigo.

The ONLY other animal I've seen literally BOUND out like that out of nowhere and use the element of surprise so well is the tiger - that has been known to hunt leopards too.

For it's size though, the leopard - and the JAGUAR, another highly underrrated beast - sure do pack a punch!

It's just bold, swaggering machismo in the Animal Kingdom.

Kill or be killed.

Eat or be eaten.

WIN OR DIE!!!!!!!!!!!! (trying)

I keep asking people which side they're on, they say I'm a fool. Not anymore though ... Hehe.

Anyway, all reminds me of a Mike Tyson statement that Iron Mike recently made about "I'd beat any of the current heavyweights in my prime".

Just heavyweights?

I'd say he'd KO the welter weights with one hand, and the heavy weights with another. Iron Mike was the REAL deal, still is, I STILL wouldn't bet on any current heavy weight going up against him (yeah, I'm an unabashed Tyson fan, but with damn good reason).

Reminds me of how people keep talking about Tyson's height, normal height, but that build - my word.

Certainly what sets him apart, with his peek a boo style he actually made his height an advantage as opposed to a disadvantage.

A real doer (who once kept, and slept with (as in the animals were on his bed, nothing else) massive Bengal Tigers no less!!).

I'd be wary of doing that myself. Heh. Then again, who knows, maybe not!

but all of this, my friend, leads up to the following - If you truly want to turn into a BEAST, the closest thing to a human beast?

Then get Fast and Furious Fitness NOW, you'll see yours truly "human leopard" in the book as well.

And the next level to that, I guess if you want to as a customer once said "join the ranks of the superhumans" - Animal Kingdom Workouts (if you want to truly become the closest thing a a human can to a TIGER!)

And dat BE dat.

Back soon.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - Bozo Schofield, him of the LGBEQINSYYYTTTTTTTTT crapola once sent me a trolly rubbish message about being "Rahul Tyson".

I can almost feel the Bozo's jaw crack, hehe.

Come to think of it, I think it done cracked in 2020 - felt good eh Glyn? More is coming - BOYO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I call it so called because it all starts in the mind of man.

Inflation, depressions, all start in the mind of man first.

And foremost.

The same thing for GOOD times - they start in the mind of man, and in addition to that you have the Universe dispensing "karmic justice" to the world as a whole in its own way.

Both the above two are INESCAPABLE truths - no matter how much you may rant or rave against 'em.

Anyway, this constant chatter of doom and gloom, costs rising and so forth.

I saw the following comment on one of the articles I read -

"Put 'em in the cold, let them fend for themselves. We had no heat growing up either. It's not America's war, even Trump told them to reduce reliance on cheap Russian fuel and gas!"

That was in reference to the gas crisis in Germany where apparently some streets in some wealthy part of Germany were not lit up or something and that caused the whole fuss.

My reaction to all this is the same as always.

One, people have become way too damn SOFT.

(and really, all these billions of dollars wasted overseas, what does America itself get for any of it? F all, from what it seems?)

(ah, but wait, those defense companies and Biden's benefit!)

Second, pissers and moaners have neither any idea what the human spirit is capable of accomplishing, nor have they known or seen what it means and how the "other half lives".

All this fuss about "no heating during winters".

I remember freezing my bootocks off growing up because I hated wearing warm clothes indoors, yet, I was forced to if I wanted to stay warm.

Most of India has no heating. Neither does most of China - well, half of it doesnt (unless you buy your own heaters etc).

I would bet the same thing is true in many parts of the globe.

A/C?

My own preference for 24/7 AC is well known, I stand by it no matter what. Hehe. At 16, no less my AC always is...

When I came to China first in 2004, Amy, a girl I knew once angrily told me the following when I was bitching about the A/C not working right, or the idiots in the office constantly turning it down claiming they felt cold in the middle of summer, or turning the cold water switch off on the machine.

"We sleep in this heat too, without A/C" ! (she was referring to Chinese in general).

Guy next to me from HK wisely kept his mouth shut. Hehe.

I didnt. Even wiser.

I wont get into the result of that argument, but point is this.

I'm not saying be happy with your living standards being lowered, wars happen pretty much because of that reason if you look at it honestly.

What I AM saying ...

The Piper has to be paid sometime my friend, and people still dont get it.

I mean, if gas etc is really so important, shouldn't the countries that depend so much on it made alternative arrangements well in advance?

No, the politicians and companies were busy filling their pockets with profits from "cheap" gas.

Cheap.

Hehe.

Buying cheap is fine, I can hear Bozos right now saying "it was cheap, so we bought it!"

Great.

But cheap comes at a very tangible cost.

As does lack of foresight and preparation and the next few years - I predict until 2025 will keep exposing this truism for what it is.

The world needs a reset and reboot - period.

So does your FITNESS

And back to cheap - my point also is this - you can buy all the cheap $9.99 100000000000000 word fitness ebooks you want, but remember, all comes at a cost - price.

If you truly want to learn from the best, if you truly want to benefit from knowledge gleaned over years in the trenches, if you truly want to learn from someone that DOES the thing, and can help YOU too - really help you, not molly coddle you, then you pay the price, friend.

Or, you go cheap and suffer later.

Choice is yours.

And thats how it relates.

Most wont get this lesson, thats fine.

It's for the 1% or less that DO.

Best,

Rahul mookerjee

PS - People have just become WAY too soft overall. Ugh.

It's interesting how thoughts transmute eh - if we take the requisite ACTIONS to make it happen.

I was thinking of a few customers the other day, especially the great (and forever FRIEND of mine) John Walker - and I emailed him out of the blue. I just did it.

And pat came a response back from him "I was just thinking of you, Rahul! We must be pyshically connected!

This same thing has happened with Charles, another great customer of mine in the past, I'd be thinking of him, but for some reason wouldn't email, and he'd email me back suddenly when I least expected.

Now, this morning I was thinking of an embarassing (sort of) thing that happened to my daughter when she was 1 year old - something that probably happens to a lot of kids - and I wont get into the specifics, but I was thinking "eww, how was that CLEANED up".

I wont get into more details. Hehe.

But on another email list, a guy got back to me with some strange comments about just that sort of occurence, except in a different background.

Again, no details there.

(not because it's "too gross" or "not for public eyes" or what not, but it's not relevant here).

But it got me thinking about various things, and the X factor that seperates the best from the "rum dum's" - and the truly great from the great, and so forth.

Books, writing, how do you feel the spark the person has - the truly "good" writin that just has the X factor that sets it apart?

(and believe me, we can ALL do this, if we know how).

(and if we're open to it).

It's not grammar, storylines, plot, book length or how good the pictures are, how great the words are at getting a picture to form in your mind (for some genres more so than others) - not even sales, that golden indicator everyone seems to use (dont get me wrong, sales are what count ultimately, but they aren't the one and only indicator of greatness).

(look at Salvator Dali and Vincent Van Gogh, both great artists in their own right, geniuses, yet one almost starved his entire life, the other was financially pretty successful).

Sales, or lack of it NOW doesn't mean squat, either in terms of the future, or otherwise.

What has a lot to do with sales, and money in general - and everything in life in general is the PICTURE you have in your mind as you create what you do, art, writing, whatever. And we all have that picture in our minds, whether we know it consciously or not.

My point here is... the X factor that sets it apart?

That makes you FEEL it?

It's something every great leader has. Every great writer, orator, statesman, or so forth - Trump would be a perfect example of this.

For long periods you dont even hear from him (when hes not on Twitter of course, hehe) but when you do - BAM!

It hits you like a LOG on the head - Glyn, no puns please. Really, this guy Glyn, takes a dump in class, accuses other girls of doing it when apparently according to a certain other girl that got back to me the othe day on it "thats another one of Glyn's sick fantasies" ...)

Anyway - it hits you in the pit of your stomach - figuratively.

You FEEL something.

Like Panourgias once said about my books ...

"Your books are the best! I love reading them even if they did not have any fitness value, which they do, I'd buy them just to read em!"

(I'm paraphrasing there, his exact comments are HERE).

(and it's why people even if they're "just into fitness" - buy everything I have, even from a life coaching perspective, because .. the writing, the way, the X factor that stands out. As P rightly said "I see something in you!")

Or, what John said about me being eloquent, and putting things in a genius like manner...

It isn't so much the praise or the words I deeply appreciate, because they're true - it's - the point I'm making - the X factor.

Here it is - those that have their fingers on the pulse of their audience, sometimes months in advance - HAVE it.

Those that can get in their audience's HEADS - have it.

Those that KNOW that every thought in your head transmutes, that EVERY thought you have in your mind no matter how shameful or embarassing has an audience (if you express it correctly - Glyn, are you listening again? Really, the way in which you said "NO!" that first day when I asked you about all your weird cuckold fantasies and what not - hey, it's ok, we ALL have "some" fantasies, but dealing with your lack of - ahem, utter lack of, but we wont go there- achievement in that regard or any other except trolling where you are admittedly one of the best - but I've known better - by trolling others and claiming "you're not into it" don't fly. Anyone with brains can see through that farce of yours).  ... HAVE IT!

And of course, those that can manipulate these thoughts in a manner that it helps their audience who will gladly buy from them for that reason i.e your stuff HELPS THEM!

True sales means not just knowing your audience well enough to understand what and how they're thinking, its also about predicting their THOUGHTS.

And then writing accordingly, or selling accordingly...

That X factor is what I wanted to talk about today, and have, and fitness wise?

My workouts, my friend have the X factor to them.

Maybe thats why the book on reverse pushups, and the advanced book on pull-ups - one amongst many will give you the X "shape" to your abs so many of you REALLY Want ... Hehe.

But thats not where the buck stops.

In my workouts, I give you VARIETY - I give you BRUTALITY - I give you numbers - reps - and all of this x 10 to keep it interesting, and also to make sure YOU can modify your workouts per your own body.

Within certain parameters.

And that, my friend is that.

Get the 0 Xcuses Fitness System today.

Truly the X factor you've been looking for in YOUR training!

Best,

Rahul mookerjee

PS - Another great email coming up training wise - stay tuned.

PS #2 - The 10 Commandments of Successful Sales (I give you 20, to be sure) is another GREAT read on this topic, especially since it shows it from a personal perspective as to how I do what I do and make it financially very profitable.

Yes, I can hear y'all "salivate" for it.

Pavlov done rang the bell, hehe.

But you gotta complete it by pulling out that wallet and credit card and getting the book NOW . . .

My, my, my.

If there ever was a case of liberals not just manipulating the media, but gratitiously twisting well known FACTS around i.e. "gaslighting" (like my wife loves to do) in a manner that the other guy starts to truly doubt himself - it is this one - Replacement theories, hunting RINOs: How GOP candidates, lawmakers push 'dangerous' language (yahoo.com)

Now, before I get into it ...

Ever notice the news is becoming even more ILLOGICAL and stupid than ever my friend?

You hear nonsense about how "Russa is losing the war" day by day (and no I'm not getting into the politics of it on that one)  - yet ground realities?

A whiny Ukranian President that pretty much brought this on himself by NOT preparing in advance - by living in fantasy land i.e. how could he have not predicted this would happen (unless he did, and we dont know it!) and sadly, unfortunately, a lot of people in Ukraine who want no part of this war or the politics are suffering horribly daily. . . and the ground reality "on the ground".

But yeah, listen to Joe Bidens nonsense on the Putin Price Hike (I mean really, inflation was rampant even before that, it has exactly F all to do with the current war, except that made the markets even more jittery) - how "Putin is losing" and so forth - all such utterly illogical crap that I have to wonder who reads all this (wait, I know, the sheeple) - and who believes this junk? Oh yeah, the sheep do ...

Anyway, this isnt about war (despite that being according to many people "all you hear these days" along wth inflation) (if youre on my list, you hear a hell of a lot more too, hehe, including about my life changing PRODUCTS) ...

... it's about the article referenced above.

Apparently anything the right says these days is "dangerous" and "contributes to violence" and so forth ...

Hmm...

FACTS, anyone?

The liberal left is ready to defund the police - and then cries Wolf upon crime increasing - and arms themselves to the teeth to defend against the "proud boys" - where is the logic in that (not to mention fully supports extending this war in Ukraine by constantly supplying weaponry to the Ukranians, but not in large enough quantities) ... just enough to "keep them in the fight" - like what purpose logically does this serve?

Only the loons know.

Fact is, its far better to sit down and talk NOW before shit gets even worse, which it will.

The loons claiming "rainbow pride" and all this other nonsense are fully happy to tutor kids on "how it's ok to come out at the age of 4!" or "it's OK to want to change your gender" - and other crap NOT meant for kids.

Logic, anyone? When the right calls 'em out, it's supposedly hate speech.

From the article -

Ads that echo racially charged language

In cities such as Buffalo, Charlottesville and Pittsburgh where racial and ethnic tensions have led to violence, white nationalists have echoed the same language of the far right in white supremacist marches and mass shootings.

The narratives they are repeating aren't coming from "kooks in the basement writing online," Mueller said. "These are from people in positions of real power."

Now, I'm certainly not someone that condone racism - far , far from it.

But it's much less of a problem than the left makes it out to be - oddly enough, even notice how the left NEVER call out BLM etc for all the looting and illegal acts they committed (dont get me wrong, core concept is to be admired in terms of saying no to racism, but is this how we express ourselves - I think NOT?)...

When you talk about (as I do) Joe Biden being happy to literally lead the country to ruin in terms of what he is doing at the border - and when republicans say it - it's "dangerous and fuels violence".

Hmm ... all those illegals and illegal votes that Biden swept into power on isn't harmful?

And the list goes on and on and on ...

Kooks?

Liberals = kooks, and a lot more, of course, a lot of nutters reading this would probably classify me as a kook writing online too, and "not in a position of real power" - not YET at any rate.

Never say never, my friend.

Its a truism far too many people have gleefully ignored - to their own detriment, of course.

The Universe has a funny way of bringing TRUE the very fact the majority of people tell you "will never happen" or can never happen or what not (in this day and age - and look around you, see what is happening NOW, and you'll see PROOF right there in front of YOU).

Anyway.

This kook doesnt live in a basement, he leaves those spaces for a certain Schofield and trolly sorts of his ilk.

But he does infest a CAVE, hehe - as you can see from the latest dark video I put out!

He does emerge from it, he has the best workouts of his life in there, he puts out products there, he talks to Sophia there, he drinks beer there - and well, he's happy to be called whatever names the left thows at him.

Illogical will never be one of 'em! Hehe.

And the final piece of news that stuns most liberals ... "he isn't white! how can that be!"

Like dude, being logical extends across races.

Last I checked Herschel Walker wasn't either, yet he's a doer, and supports what is RIGHT and logical.

Literally, thats why the left has their panties in a wad, but I sort of suspect people are (finally, it's long overdue) starting to see past their BS - including their media nonsense which some idiotic Nazi feminist probably writes.

Anyway, had to get that off my kooky, pyschopathic chest... and I have.

Results, friend, are something you cannot ever argue with , and fitness wise - THIS is the system that will give you EVER lasting results beyond anything you could ever dream of in your possibly "kooky" mind , hehe - -

The 0 Excuses Fitness System.

Eloquent or brash, or even "in the middle" - it just plain ole (Jane and Joe) flat out WORKS. (without any Jane Fonda crap either). Hehe.

Get after it NOW.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

Yet another one of those feel good posts on Twitter saw yours truly ...

"If you haven't written out what your ideal day looks like, how do you know when you've got there"?

Um...

Now, she was tryin to be helpful. I'm not going to call her out on this!

But - point is this - there is no ONE way of doing this, and all the self help in the world that tells you to WRITE things down (my wife for one follows this religiously - and results??) - that tells you to do X , Y and Z before bed - all of it - is advice that a) doesnt work for everyone, and b) more importantly, is NOT tailored for every situation.

Know what works?

YOU - and YOUR way, unique to only YOU work!

I've been doing all this subconsciously since I was young - either out of necessity earlier, or consciously later. I learnt at age 5 probably what most are learning at 40 i.e. the MIND if used right (not how most gurus tell you to use it ) is the most powerful weapon ever. And tool as well.

Writing it out is ONE way, yes.

But do you HAVE to write things out ?

Sure, if you're working for Freddie, yes, and he was right there. Hehe.

Documentation is something Amazon at great at, yet, even AWS fails miserably (and I've had first hand experience) at actually explaining something even slightly out of the box and not covered in docs (perhaps they are too big to really care, but I suspect they will start to care soon) ...

Yes, write it out - by hand or whatever.

But for me, I can tell you this - ALL Of my real lasting accomplishments were sparked on the spur of the moment, and NONE were a written goal.

I rarely, if ever write my goals down - DREAMS are a different matter altogether.

I believe if you truly want it, you'll get it on auto pilot ultimately.

Might sound strange, but it's true, as for my ideal day?

Wake up, check emails, write emails, work for a couple of hours, rake in the sales - and then ... well, relax, without having to answer to nobody, FREEDOM in all regards.

And thats it. Hehe. Nothing too fancy, but it's what most people in the world, rich or not - do not really have - FREEDOM!

The Chinese girls I know keep pointing this out wistfully - of course, for them, freedom means "no money" - I wish I could explain that to a certain Gorilla Girl Sophia for one who keeps pestering me about "give me some info on freelancing".

To her, I'm a "freelancer".

Always will be.

Problem is, her mindset.

She doesnt see it as WORKING for yourself, or making a pretty good living while doing what you love, on your own terms, and when you explain that to her, of course - she scowls. Looking for the easy way out is she, the vast majority of folks out there. I dont waste my time on them.

No point.

I mean, beat your head against a wall all you like, aint gonna change nothing will it.

Anyway.......

Fitness wise, same thing - my books give you VERY EXHAUSTIVE workouts - all written down for those who need it that way.

I'll bet you my bottom dollar though - YOUR most effective and best workouts probably came on the fly - either before or after reading those.

Am I right?

Yeah.

Thought so!

Point of all this, again, do what works for YOU.

And learn from the best (fitness wise) here

Back soon!

Best

Rahul Mookerjee

I have asked it in various shapes, forrms and guises before. Maybe I should ask my wife this one. Hehe. It would answer all her Nazi feminist "queries" instantly!

Then again, maybe not. Hehe.

But her aside, here it is.

And its a sage one in today' economic climate...

If YOU were given the chance right NOW - I mean, NOW - to get a steady, easy desk job (sort of like what I had in China in 2002, great job straight out of college, expat salary and so forth) - along with, plenty of girls - beer, what have you - whatever YOU choose to do with that cash, all you had to do was show up to the cushy job...

...

OR...

Grit it out NOW - lets say starting NOW - for the next 10 years building your OWN biz with no help whatsoever.

Remember, I ain't talkin about me or my story here.

Most people would, lets be honest - choose the former option, and lets be frank - there isn't necessarily anything wrong with choosing a life of medicrity and stability, sometimes, it's compensated very well!

The DOERS though - real doers - will know what is missing though.

YOU.

And your deepest desires, which go unanswered this way.

Fitness wise, same thing, friend.

Many of the gains you see today for me - business wise and fitness wise both - well, as Jeff Bezos says -

"It was baked X number of years ago".

So it is with fitness.

I had never once imagined - even near to when I started this business in earnest - that my gains would come, and so ... VOLUMINOUSLY!

None of these books, none of them would have ever happened if I didnt set my stall out for the long run either consciously or not.

Fitness wise or not.

And the same thing applies today, ALL my business methods even today are possibly even more long term than before, much to the chagrin of certain ... ah, I wont go there.

Hehe.

The end result is ALWAYS worth it.

IF you put in the hard yards, and never quit.

And If YOU Want the sort of fitness gains I have, gains that never go away beyond a certain point even (assuming you still do the thing) - well, the 0 Excuses Fitness System is what you need to get - NOW.

Do so NOW.

Not so much to prove to me you're a doer, but YOURSELF, which is what really counts.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

What I cant understand though, is THIS...

Written by

Unwanted child, therefore "problem child", trouble child (although in reality, I was none of the above - the problem was something else entirely) ... I can sort of "understand" all this.

I can sort of understand friction, anger, why's, wherefores, and so forth.

What I cannot understand is this - how can someone not just "dislike" their children, but HATE them to the point that if they were put in front of a firing squad tomorrow and brutally killed - they would not just be happy over it, but applaud.

All my life I've seen family support family - in cases even so extreme such as when one of the progeny committed murder - rape - or something completely unpardonable (at least in my opinion) - yet, end of the day "theyre family" - not to mention those that were thought of as losers - US President George Bush is one prime example i.e. "mano o mano" at the age of 40 and everything he did before. Hehe.

(I dont dislike or hate Bush, I'm simply being factual in terms of his history).

Although I have always said the war in Iraq should have NEVER happened, I've always rather liked Ole George and his quirks. HEhe.

Anyway ..........

It's been my family that has been that way - amazingly enough, when I did nothing of the sort above, nothing to warrant that sort of thinking.

Ole Steve Austin comes to mind here, his Dad who he says "abandoned" them - when he finally met him as a successful wrestler years later, "I have no feelings for him, but no animosity either".

That I can understand, and relate to.

Although I might get temporarily angry, in the long term?

To me they simply dont matter either way.

But the hate coming from parents - THAT I don't get.

To me, the buck in these cases ALWAYS stops with the parents.

What do I mean?

Well, my little girl who I love more than anythign else in this world - if she were grow up and NOT do what I want, or turn into a liberal, or what not - would I care? Give a shit?

Hell yes I would,

Would I try and stop her/?

Hell no I wouldn't.

Whatever it was, I've always told her, and always WILL - that end of the day, you'll always be Daddy's little girl.

How someone can HATE a human being they took care of as a baby is beyond me.

Of course, that never happened in my case - I'm not sure until this date if I was adopted "quietly" or not. It wouldn't surprise me one damn bit if I was!

Anyway ........

I can sort of understand if my wife feels that way towards me (she does) .

It's not "right" given all I've done for her and what I denied myself to do.

But its understandable to a degree, a relationship gone wrong big time, two adults, hey - I get it.

What is unfortunate is how my short sighted wife aligned her lot with my mother years ago "against yours truly" - and turned into a proxy of sorts for both parties - willingly "for the almighty Dollar".

We all know what happens to proxies ultimately...

I'm sure at the back of her mind, she does as well.

Anyway ........

Why do I say all this.

I dont know, random thoughts before I workout.

And I can't see how any real parents can hate their children - period.

If they do, the parents aren't real parents and even mine ONCE admitted "we made a lot of mistakes".

Anyway - lots of people HATE fitness, or so they say, but do they really?

They hate the effort, but not the results.

Hehe.

And one dont sprout without the other, the latter certainly wont bloom without the former.

Start planting them seeds NOW, my friend (pun not intended).

Back soon.

BEst

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - Unfortunately or not, there are plenty of "silent" cases out there just like me - families just like mine...

PS #2 - and in MOST, if not all (I'd say all) of these cases, the buck almost always ultimately stops with the PARENTS, period.

Communiction rules the nation.

Period, no puns intended whatsoever.

I once watched a Bollywood tale “Munna Bhai MBBS” about a small time hoodlum with a huge heart who hides the fact he’s a hoodlum from his family (shows them he’s a doc) – then when they take him to get married ie. to check out the girl first (he really does NOT want to get married, he even tells the girl on the phone to “reject him”, period!) – he gets found out.

His Dad gets upset, leaves, long pot boiler type story there – but the gist is this – girls Dad is the Dean at a medical college, hoodlum makes up his mind to not just join the college by hook or by crook, but also to marry his daughter, no matter how!

Dean’s daughter studies at the same college, but guy’s never seen the girl before. Hehe. So she says she’s “someone else” when they meet.

He never knows it.

Along the line, the girl he “wants to marry” i.e Dean’s daughter is “shown to him” – by another girl impersonating a slutty girl, and when he finds out the girl he thought was “so nice” – is actually the opposite, he drops all thoughts of marriage, but in the meantime, he’s been talking to that “other girl”!

And discovers he has fallen in love with her.

She initially doesnt respond, but later finds out she falls in love with him too!

That’s a Bollywood tale that came to mind.

But it holds true, I’ve seen it happen SO Often …

For relationships, in my case -so many times - not just relationships, business, life, everyuthing.

HONEST And open communication is KEY - my friend, and the barrage of testimonials I'm getting for my other writing business all hinge on this - "I love your brutally honest writing, its the most important thing for a writer!".

And it is - and in life as well.

Some of those people aren't even into the sex, kinks, etc that I mention in those books - they "just like to read them" - just like a certain Panourgias once said about my fitness books, i.e. "even if I'm not into fitness, I still like just reading them!"

That is indeed the highest compliment, or one of them any writer can be "paid"!

Anyway same thing with the lady Celene I mentioned in the last email on videos. Oddly enough, or maybe not, she got back this morning to an email I sent her with a cute little video - not email - though she's smart - she followed up with an email and links later (she knows how I hate video, so "just in case he doesnt see the video").

And THAT - along with her lovely smile, of course (hey, that doesnt hurt) - the giggles - the shyness and nervousness of doing something "in the flow" - and of course, the fact she was smart enough to make it a small video, include a proper "teaser" and so forth and most of all, deal cutter - she included LINKS so I could read if I wanted to - all great from a customer service standpoint, but also a "deal with cranky Rahul" standpoint! - made me do something I NEVER do in the early AM, period.

Watch a video.

And if I do it, I ...

Well, let me paste part of what I told her!

As you likely have already guessed I dont watch videos, hehe - and if I do, I usually very impatiently scroll past most of it to find the "meat and potatoes" of the video - most videos have too much "unnecessary talking" going on if you get my drift, and I find it much quicker to read rather than "watch" - but I watched your entire video - well made!

What I loved most about your video? The "on the spur of the moment" vibe - you likely "just decided to create a video" and send it over, and thats great - thank you so much! :)

Obviously I also read the article you sent in the other email. Hehe. I'll let you guess (without checking metrics, stats etc) whether I read the article first, or watched (the entire) video you sent first. ;-)

Yes, I know you're the customer service manager (Director) - and you are definitely customer centric - I can tell! A far cry from my own cranky "bear" self where it's about all I can do to turn on the laptop in the mornings, hehe.

(just kidding, but it's true - you're good at making videos!!)

(I guess and am sure I could be too, I just prefer email more, hehe - so that is what I focus upon).

No...

Thats part of it.

I left out the "lovely smile" part I sent her in different lest y'all reading this burst into tears. Hehehe.

But she got me to do it, eh.

Smart!

And kudos to her, not many can lay claim to "gettng me to do something I dont want to and happily at that".

She's one of a select bunch, truly. Kinda like Gorilla Girl Sophia.Hehe.

Anyway ..........

point being?

Communication RULES THE nation, period.

And it dont need to be a certain type either.

I focus on writing and email because I'm best at that, and because, well, I like it the most - the second part being key. If I wanted to, I could be a master video guy too, but I dont like it, I feel it's superflous at the end of the day unless absolutely required, in which case I'll do a darn fine job i.e. the 0 Excuses Fitness videos

It can be via video. It can be via phone. Choose your medium!

Point being, DO it.

And do it with an open heart, do it well.

Lots of you dont like writing in, but I know you have plenty to say - to me, or in general!

Use THIS link to do it if you dont feel like exercising those fingers...

And thats that for now. Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - Do exercise the fingers the way I tell you in Pushup Central though, hehe. Some of the best exercises and workouts you can do - PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!

My so called "complicated" style of deal making.

Written by

Randall, a guy who I initially qualified as a cross between a doer and a complainer - someone that eventually does after complaining up a storm - someone that postpones the nigh inevtiable - and someone that eventually as I predicted (yet again!) correctly from the get go in terms of his hesitance to pay what he owed, how he'd pay (I still remember the hissy fit he threw when I asked him to pay bank transfer associated fees "why should I pay!!") (even tho it was a few bucks here and there!)) - I mean, it's one thing to want to save a buck, I get it, but at least do it nicely like "Percie" did. Hehe. I still remember him standing in line at a Dollar Store, Emily behind him, chortling - as was the black girl who he asked for a couple of dimes back, hehe.

"This old white dude is nuts" I could almost hear her saying.

But I loved him! Great guy, hehe. Emily, I dont know, more embarassed than anything. I still remember her "Dad's..........!"

Anyway, Randall - eventually he turned into, always was, I guess, one of these guys who complained about "it should include everything!"

Which was inexplicable to me - I built a website for him, clearly laid out terms, conditions and expectations on BOTH ends (no pun) - as I always do.

Ya'll know me

Fair, upfront - and very brutally honest.

Yet he threw a hissy and complained anyway (when he had to pay what he owed me).

"Your deal are too complicated! There's layers upon layers in every agreement!"

admittedly there are, if it's a business agreement, more so.

Thats life, pally.

Thats called SMART BUSINESS and not letting yourself be screwed over.

Hey, no-one forced you to agree did they?

And while I was always this way naturally, clients in the past and their own style of complex communication (which when you break it down really is logical and simple with a story between it, or in front of it) - have also influenced my thought/writing/decision making process.

I think out several times into the future - either consciously or not, mostly the latter.

And my style of writing?

I keep it simple, yet, some sentences run to a paragraph length - like the first in this email.

Thats how it is, pally.

Some have several brackets.

So to someone who asks me something I might say ...

... as I said about the 0 Excuses Fitness Ship (which you might or might know about (since you dont get the chance to read all my emails(which is perfectly fine - no problems there!!))) ...

Whew.

Did I close the parantheses properly, hehe.

Probably a throwback too from my programming days when C++ nested if loops looked like this

(simple ones)

if x=y

then do this

else do

    but if a=b

        & if b=c

             then do this

          else

               do this

else if ...

You get the drift.

Hehe.

And they ALL have their associated paranthesis, miss one, the compiler goes haywire.

I still remember a certain Rueben going red in the face after "Rahul done messed my program up" (I was trying to help him. Hehe. But I finally told him, lets go drink beer, call it a day, we'll come back tomorrow, in all that, with his getting pissed off, some bracket appeared out of nowhere, boom went the whole thing).

As Jyoti, a girl I once knew said.

With programming, that ONE little thing .. makes all the difference.

(as I said the other day, those little things make all the difference eh).

Or, as General Michael knows, Dongguan Expat was once down because in ALL Those php files, which I debugged at work, hehe - there was nothing wrong except one mysterious { that showed up int he middle of nowheresville. Hehe.

Damn tediious to fix, except I got it - less than a minute. Not even bragging.

Now, where am I going with all this ?

That it's all LOGICAL at the end of the day.

And given the reluctance of most to read, think, analyze - and then talk or write, given I do it SO MUCH i.e. the writing part that its second nature for me, and my brain therefore functions (And so will YOURS if you do what I do) at a much more logical and analytical level than most - not to mention quicker (I still remember JOhn Walker once telling me "mate, I forgot how fast your brain must work, in the time it took me to send you ONE reply, you sent me FIVE emails!)) ...

(he was talking about Fast and Furious Fitness - the Collector's Edition) ...

But end of the day, if you read it - it's logical.

It's fair.

It ensures neither party gets screwed over.

Thats how it should be as well.

And more...

Anyway ............. where I'm going with all this?

That if you're not the writing sort, well, free to send me your testimonials via THIS link here.

https://sendspark.com/request/Rolls-Royce-Publications-Incorporated/d4rwjmq7mlnz7b1ckdlx92xxplt931b0

Or, anything else you might choose.

Workout wise, send it in here too!

Anything you want, just keep it PG rated. Hehe. I had to say that, lots of Bozos be sniffing. Though I've asked Celena for the auto censor thing, doubt they have it built in (which is fine, just sayin!).

And if you're the video sort, well, remember FIVE great videos with the 0 Excuses Fitness System!

Otherwise, I still recommend using the link in the emails you get with your purchase to review, as those are easier to process, your words go up on the site UNFILTERED - and a 10% discount code goes out to you for your next purchase automatically and instantly (if it doesnt, let me know).

But these videos will go up that way too eventually.

Ok, thats it from me.

Back soon.

Best

Why simply being "brilliant" aint gonna cut it

Written by

"Thats just brilliant!"

I can still hear it, I've heard it so many times - even grudgingly from those that truly hate me and my guts (more my guts, hehe) the most.

"You're an extremely intelligent person!" they'll yell like banshees (I remember a certain time when ... ah, but lets not go there for now).

Brilliant?

Admittedly I use my brain in the right manner, which is more than what most people do, but I truly believe if we all tune in the right way (hint - simply writing out sheets of paper by hand because the Guru on Youtube told you do it aint the right way necessarily) - then we're ALL brilliant.

In our own ways, we all can be, pity that most people dont tune in and GET it.

But my brilliant ideas, which "come from the ether" is the best way I can put it, much like Edison once said - aren't the only reasons for my success at life, business, even women.

It boils down to much more.

Brilliance is one thing, but as Bret the Hitman Hart would know "excellence of execution" is EVERYTHING.

Hart probably still remembers the times Owen and he trained with Stew Hart in their familys basement for years - starting when they were little kids.

The yells of pain would reverbrate through the entire house as Dad taught them how to wrestle - real wrestling.

Tough love taken too far?

I dont think so - look at the Hitman - say what you might about him, the man is a monster - a REAL wrestler - and SOLID to boot, even with all the injuries and all he's had, much like with the Undertaker "best pure striker in the WWE", you just get a feeling of "REAL strength" when you see Bret Hart and those shoulders!

Point is this - brilliance is one thing, but it wont win the day over, friend.

"Genuis is 99% perspiration, 1% inspiration"

So said a great man, I do not remember who.  (ok, I googled it - Edison again).

Think about it, mi amigo ...

A man who says "ideas come from the ether" - and then the part above.

Sounds self contradictory, the two dont go together?

But they do, my friend.

They do, and they're symbiotic (sorry, haters of "big words", hehe).

One can't exist without the other. (especially not #1 without #2).

Pun NOT intended.

Most of my success in business, for one - life, women etc - boils down to not intelligence, but being, and staying in the trenches.

Way too many people give up at the slighest hint of trouble, ready to accept their "comfortable lives of medicority which most men seem to be willing to live".

No Gumption Galore, no PERSISTENCE, none of that, no stickability ...

Plans - made in the subconscious, but more importantly, following through on those plans no matter what.

Having FAITH - and INVESTING. A lot of my own success would neve rhave happened without investing, reinvesting, and I dont just mean financial either my friend. There's way more to this.

Paying attention to the little details and more ... When it comes right down to it, success is usually a result of those factors EVERYONE, born brilliant or not, can control.

Academically, romantically, all the same.

You can be the most handsome guy or gal out there (since gals are apparently handsome now, and guys are "pretty") - but without game, you're dead in the water.

Despite what they show in 3 Idiots, you won't get anywhere being brilliant but not "mugging" for exams that need such - you'll simply fail or not do well at all. Fact.

Fitness is the same.

Some people are naturally just genetically gifted, fitter than others. Granted.

But take that genetically "well disposed" person - compare him to someone like me whose been in the trenches working it out AGAINST all odds, and coming out on top - well, y'all know who I'd learn from!

Me.

You may think that is bragging of the highest and grandest order.

Maybe it is in some ways.

But can you say its not true?

I dont think so my friend.

Bottom line - YOU too can get in the best shape of your life, but only if you take ACTION NOW.

If you just read this and "do nothing", you're part of the do nothing crowd.

If you're NOT part of that crowd, well, start NOW - right HERE

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - Do nothing's, if you dont mind, do SOMETHING and hit unsubscribe. Why clog up the plumbing Hehe. (well - many good reasons to do so, Glyn could tell you all about the plumbings he's clogged, and continue to happily unclog but I'll let that one be for now!).
