Dreams that come true in REVERSE

This one may come across as a bit of a strange thing to say, but bear with me (as usual, hehe).

I’ve often spoken about the power of dreams, both dreams you have when you’re awake, and when you’re FAST ASLEEP.

And with regard to the latter, I have often spoken about the vivid and very colorful indeed dreams I have, and how not just MOST of the time, but ALL the time, they’ve given me valuable information to use in my daily life.

Or, predicted events that would occur later.

In certain cases (a guy named Jack Lin being one prime example) showed me people and told me names in a way I couldn’t recognize from Adam at the time of the dream, people who I ended up meeting and working for weeks or months later.

In the case of Jack Lin, I actually did some work for him three weeks or so after having the dream which was set in a bar where “Charles” (and I know many people by that name!) asked me to go with him to Jack Lin’s bar.

That was the dream, and if knowing the result you have any doubts that the subconscious thinks in pictures, well, there is proof enough.

It was actually FATE that introduced me to a guy named Jack Lin and a guy named Tim who ultimately ended up recommending me . . .

Anyway, the point of me saying all this?

Is this.

Often times, I have dreams - - multiple and seemingly unconnected dreams.

First good, second bad. Or the second terrible, and the first and third awesome.

OR a combo therein.

And what happens ALL of the time is things come true per these dreams, but they do so, almost inevitably in reverse.

What I dream about the first usually happens last, sometimes even before the “fag” end of the day!

And what I dream about “last” happens FIRST.

And that’s how it’s always been for me.

Again, point of me bringing this up you ask?

Well, simple enough, pally. FITNESS is the same!

Most people think “six pack” or “muscular sides” when they think fitness (any sort of fitness – and lets face it, even the so called “I’m a big guy, not fat!” crowd wants just that).

If they didn’t, they wouldn’t . . . ah, but we went there, did we not. Hehe. In a prior email or many . . .

After that, it’s usually big arms. Or muscle on the chest.

Then the upper back.

And then “solid legs and thighs”. Perhaps the “diamond shaped calves” (most ignore that part of the body altogether!).

And guess what comes first.

If you guessed legs, you’d be right.

Guess what comes second.

IF you guessed BACK, you’d be right!

The specifics differ for each person, of course, but by and large, your body whips the most important parts of you into shape - - in that order.

And so it should be, my friend!

And that’s truly how dreams come true - - of any nature.

Get the most important things out of the way first.

Do the heavy lifting and SPADEWORK FIRST.

Set a solid base!

And once you’re past all that, focus on the smaller things you want to get done.

And this is sage advice that not just me, but anyone that’s achieved anything of note will tell you and then some!

Alright, enough talk from me. Here’s where you can grab the BEST damned fitness system first (and yes there is a reason I focus on legs and back the MOST!) –https://0excusesfitness.com/0excusesfitnessystem/

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. – Pushups give you a full body workout including the legs. Yes, that’s right. The LEGS too! Pick up our MUCH VAUNTED course on pushups right HERE, and find out why!

Getting over the fear of losing BUSINESS

Something that most entrepreneurs struggle with when they start out (and indeed a lot of people that have ostensibly “made it”) is the feeling of “losing business”.

The feeling of (and lets face it, we’ve all been there) “what if they stop buying if I say what I really feel”.

If I say it like it IS.

Really IS, no punches pulled.

A long time ago, I was (a bit!) that way myself.

While I’ve always been called brutally honest from a very young age, I did sometimes have doubts about “if I should actually say it”.

Doubts that were removed by the REACTIONS I got from those that actually took the time to read what I was saying as opposed to making knee jerk reactions.

While not everyone agreed with me at all times (and that’s fine!) and a lot of people downright HATED MY GUTS for saying it like it is (and probably even more hate me now, and again that’s fine!) . . . there was ONE overwhelming consensus to all this.

If you really want the facts – then Rahul Mookerjee is the man to go to!

And loss of business? Followers? Social sh-media LIKES or so forth?

Fooey.

Who cares!

Ben settle I think it was who first wrote about “pandering to the mob mentality” I believe. (He likely wasn’t as he says in his post the first one to write it, period , but I read the piece on his blog, so . . . ).

Basically, the premise of the argument, and a very valid one at that was this.

(and he’s a copy writer, so he wrote from that angle).

“If you’re writing copy and getting scared about, and editing your copy to make sure it doesn’t offend, inflame, or otherwise “rile” people up – or make them madly “love you”, for that matter” then youre not writing anything that is worthy of reading.

So true my friend.

And more on losing SALES. And popularity.

Donald Trump, whom everyone “loves to hate” is currently enjoying a 96% plus approval rating in the Republican party.

This for a man who apparently “even his own party members distance themselves from at certain times!”

In short, if you want to be successful at busines, or anything in life, you have to polarize. Not ALWAYS, and I’m NOT saying you should speak or write with the intention of causing offense, but if you are stating the facts, and someone gets offended, well SO BE IT.

IF someone can’t handle facts for what they are, would you want them in your life anyway?

Either as a friend, or customer, or what not . . .

WOUD YOU?

I really don’t think I would, my friend.

And as for the void not being filled worry, rest assured that the minute you cut people out of your life that DON’T matter, it gets filled with people that DO.

People that you WANT in your life.

People that respond logically to you. People that LIKE YOU. People that BUY from you. And so forth.

Trust me, if anything, saying it like it is will HELP SALES, and then some!

And so it will in terms of fitness.

If you’re currently struggling with being overweight no matter what you do, then the LAST thing you need to be told is that “what you’re doing will work eventually” (especially if you’ve been pavement pounding and the like for AGES).

If you’re currently FAT, then the LAST thing you need to be told is that “you’re a big guy” (unless you’re big and fat both, in which case BOTH need to be mentioned).

Trust me, the things we least like to hear are often times what we NEED to hear the most!

And on that note, I’m out.

Oh. Wait.

Before I go, here is something else a lot of people don’t like to hear.

The BEST DAMNED fitness system on the planet is right here – https://0excusesfitness.com/0excusesfitnessystem/

Have at!

P.S. – Stop trying to “please the majority”, my friend. Really. It’s cringeworthy to say the LEAST.

At what point is enough enough?

As the violence on the streets rages on throughout the U.S., one has to stop and ask the very pertinent question . . . At what point is ENOUGH ENOUGH?

I don’t care if you’re talking protests (which probably started out as peaceful and then descended into the chaos we see now) or anything else – there is a limit to everything.

Was the killing of George Floyd WRONG?

YES. Obviously.

Should we take action against the guilty officer(s)?

That one is so obvious I’m not even going to dignify the question with a response . . .

But again, and I want to ask people – at what point is enough enough?

Do we simply burn the entire country down to the ground because of the actions of a certain group of people (a MINORITY)?

Do the actions of ONE guilty cop speak for ALL?

I can tell you one damn thing – cops in general have a tough job to do, and (at least in the U.S.) they do it exceedingly well for the most part (and I’m not talking the exceptions to the rule).

I remember one night I was walking back on campus (when I was in college) to my dorms (late at night, around 4AM or so) after an all night programming session, and was stopped by an officer asking to see my ID.

No reason given. None at all.

And yet, the WAY in which he said it was so friendly that I had no option but to pull out my ID’s – both of them, hehe, and show it to him.

“Here you go man”, I said.

“Thanks man”, he replied, handing one of my ID’s back. “I just wanted the student ID”.

He made a quick call.

“Ok, sir, sorry to bother you!” and off he went . . . or was about to, until I spoke again.

“Don’t worry about it buddy. I’m not doing drugs or anything. Got enough on my plate to worry about!”

The officer laughed back, shook my hand, and off he went.

Flash back to another scene outside the dorms where I lived on campus when the cops once “asked me to wait outside” before entering the building.

Being I was in a rush, this ticked me off a bit, but just a little.

I asked why.

“Because someone that looks Hispanic like you just committed a robbery and ran” was the non committal response.

Mine?

Ok, no problem.

In another 10 minutes or so, the officers apparently figured I wasn’t the one, hehe, and said I could leave, while apologizing again.

And I did so.

And the above two are cases that could easily have gone down as “tragic” or at the very least “racial discrimination” cases.

I COULD have jumped up and down about “racism”, if you think about it, and yet, that would be the last thing I’d do.

Things happen for a reason. People say what they do and think what they do for a reason. And while blanket categorization ain’t right, try telling that to the cop who has to solve a crime – or detain a person – often in the spur and HEAT of the moment – with weapons and much else involved.

Sometimes, you just have to co-operate with the cops, and in the vast majority of the “tragic” events, I’ve seen evidence that the person didn’t co-operate at some point.

Am I saying what happened was right?

Am I saying stopping me on campus on “suspicion” was right, and that my white buddy at the time wasn’t stopped?

NO.

But things happen, my friend. And for a reason.

And when things descend to the levels that businesses and normal life across the nation is being destroyed, then it’s time to call a spade a spade and call the people engaging in said activities what they ARE – that being domestic terrorists.

There is NO excuse for the looting and vandalism (and destruction of businesses owned by people of all colors, my friend – in some cases businesses that took years to build).

Hate does NOT go away with more hate (see what Martin Luther King had to say on that).

And while Prez Trump is being pilloried as usual for his statements on bringing the military in – well – to those that are pillorying him – WHERE do we draw a line in the sand?

Obviously the States have not been able to control what is happening, and keep it within LIMITS.

Do we just let the entire country descend into mass chaos and anarchy (not to mention the COVID crisis which hasn’t really been solved as of yet – and no I ain’t advocating more lockdowns!)?

I think NOT.

I think there is a limit to everything, and someone needs to take a stand, and I personally am glad Donald Trump has taken a stand – albeit an unpopular one (but sometimes, as Alan – a guy on my list – once said “unpopular is often what needs to be DONE”).

And so it goes with fitness too my friend.

Sometimes, you have to take a look at that expanding girth – waistline – and “gluteneous maximum of plenty” and declare that “enough is enough”.

Sometimes, you just have to stand up and say that TODAY is the day I’m going to start to change my life – both fitness wise – and OVERALL!

And sometimes, in fact often times, you need to draw a line in the sand, and say enough is enough, and the change – back to positive – begins NOW.

Or ask yourself the question I posed above.

And that, my friend, given what is going on globally seems to be about as pertinent of a topic I could talk about today.

Back with more later!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

I’ll admit it.

Oh YES, I will.

I’ve been in one of my foul, foul moods as of the last couple of days. Day and a half, actually, ever since .  . .

Even since, ah, but wait.

I wrote a post about the FACT that ignoring the negative in your life won’t necessarily make it go away, and in some cases will even excaberate the problem.

That caused a few people to unsubscribe from the list. One person (well intentioned) even sent me this “Can’t you be a little less grumpy at times?”

Well, she was right in a way, but she was WRONG in a bigger way.

I wasn’t being any grumpier than my normal “el groucho” self. I was stating a fact, which with all the hoo haa about everything going on, people choose to ignore these days, and “just think positive”, thinking it will “draw the positive” to them.

And the so called goooorrooooosss don’t help either, my friend, by propogating  stuff that flat out don’t WORK.

As for proof?

Look around you, my friend. Look at what is happening not just to you on a macro level, but globally.

And as for this damned COVID19, don’t even get me started on the stupidity again. Apparently it’s gotten to the point where even normally sane people are buying into the insanity of “the world needs to stay locked down indefinitely” and to hell with why or the repercussions and consequences.

Deep breath ….

Anyway …

So you have probably noticed my two sites (at least the fitness ones) beiong up and down over the past day or so.

Actually, you probably noticed an OLDER version of the site yesterday without the most recent blog posts, and today, a BLANK page when accessing the site.

My host done moved servers for what seemed like the umpteenth time, and in typically professional manner and by their own admission they never bothered to inform any of their customers about it.

And for what seemed like the billionth and one time, 2-3 days of blog posts and site upgrades were LOST during the transfer, and the host could care less despite this problem occurring not once, not twice, but damn near every month.

If anything, their response is “so what. IT happens”.

And one fine gentleman on the support team took the time and initiative to rename the site main file to “hello world”, and then claim it was working when 0excusesfitness.com showed nothing but “hello world”, something my six year old could probably have done eyes closed.

And for those that didn’t know, they call this “tech support”.

UGH.

Some will no doubt ask why I don’t move hosts given all these fools have put me through in 2020.

But I did my friend.

And the last one was just as bad, and in these times of lockdown and what not (indeed, they have a ready excuses “we’re working from home! Please understand!”) I am not sure a move would be the best idea.

What infuriates me is their stock “We’re sorry for the inconvenience” response to everything, which they just generate by pressing a button on their customer service app. They’re anything BUT sorry, and this problem reoccurs every month, so if they WERE truly sorry they would have fixed it, but nothing.

A law unto themselves a lot of these web hosts are, and while I’ve shortlisted another one, I’m not hopeful. But we’ll see.

In the meantime if you have any suggestions on this front, feel free to pass ‘em my way and we’ll go from there.

And on other fronts, and grip workouts …. Napoloen Hill correctly stated that every situation, every negative occurrence has a positive – and the seed of an equivalent or greater benefit if you look for it.

While I’m not sure this situation has any benefit whatsoever, I was feeling 200 on a scale of 1 to 100 on the grumps scale this morning, and I’m at 70 now.

How?

Well, the only way I know how.

A hard, hard workout in which the jump rope darn near slipped out of my hand, and not because of the sweat either.

IT was because I couldn’t grip it any longer at a certain point during my workout.

That’s right.

The Gorilla grip fanatic could barely grip the jump rope!

Would you believe it if I told you that my workout involved nothing but this, and the numbers 1600 and 20?

A 20 minute workout for 1600 jumps, and a slight change in hand position that left me fried.

A small change that torched my entire chest and core, and upper back, and my grip … and that explains the numerous typos in this here email, more so than normal, hehe.

I’m not going to reveal what it is HERE, but rest assured it’s BIG my friend – it will work your entire body and fry that unsightly lard off in ways you never thought possible – in record fast time.

And I’ll reveal all on my groups and inner SHIP (circle) once the site is finally back online. UGH!

And so it goes for now, my friend. I’m so pissed I haven’t even turned on the air-con and I’ll do so now and might as well take a shower too, hehe.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. – Napoelon Hill wrote about being tested, did he not? In his own words, there seems to be a hidden guide whose job it is to test men through all sorts of discouraging circusmstanes and heartbreaks to ascertain just how much they can take. The men that succeed are those that keep picking themselves back up  and keep on keeping on, until they finally “reach” – and the gates of full blown success are thrown wide open – and in terms of hosting – and some other things right now – I sure do seem to be going through it!

P.S #2- Nothing new for me though, hehe, so rest assured. We’ll be back with a bang very soon – and how – and on that note, I’m out. See ya later!

P.P.S – And while I won’t name and shame the web host for now, I’ll tell you this – stay AWAY from companies that pretend to be based out of the U.S. and have their support sneakily and entirely based in India. I’ve written about how tech companies and BPO etc in general is quietly leaving India, and THIS level of service is one reason why, and believe me, with my I.T. background and work experience here, I KNOW (back in the day I actually worked for someone, hehe).

No it aint racism, so please get off your soap box(before you start). It’s me stating a FACT, my friend. Customer service in anything (or most things) in India atrocious if at all existent … Amazon India being the one exception to the rule.

I’m sure there are good companies there, but they are very much the exception I’d say rather than the NORM!

Actually, he DID.

He understood it better than most, probably!

And he was spiritual without knowing it too ...

Of course, those were the hey days in the PRC, and this friend is none other than Major General Michael, him of the FAMOUS "You are both FIRED as SITE ADMINS and MAJOR GENERAL. Public posting to follow shortly".

It never did, hehe.

That was Michael, Rahul and Uncle Bob (and a late addition Ziv Glikman whose now the only remaining solider in that battle, and a bonafide STUD in terms of "whos who" in Dongguan and a great guy despite our spats in the "early days" for which I was responsible for the most part, hehe).

WILDDDDDD!

Thats always been me.

And I was that then x 10000.

I still am, hehe.

But doing the right thing, thats always been key for me.

So it was for Major General Michael, as when it came time to hand over Dongguan Expat FULLY to me, he did so despite me saying initially "I didnt want to buy it".

Folks were CLAMORING to get the site.

But he didnt give in.

He called me one fine night (when yours truly was about to set off on one of his truly infamous bordello jaunts as Michael put it "on the streets of Dongguan", hehe - STREET TOUGH!!! Thats been me always. I remember a friend Aaron back in the day telling me "So what if he's bigger than you. You're a damn STREET FIGHTER!") and said the following which was repeated on email the next day.

And as I am hit with an outpouting of emotion recalling Sunny Deol in Ghayal, and as I keep getting hit with these great reviews for the course DEAR or DEAREST to my HEART - Pushup Central, I gotta say it.

"Rahul, lets do this now! I want to do it now!"

Hey, I feel him.

When I want to do something, it has be done now.

The TIME IS NOW!

As Napoleon Hill says, when you get the urge - DO IT!

DO NOT STOP TO PONDER and think "what if"!

Else, it might well be FATAL to your success.

Now, anyway - when  Igot back, the site was there for me.

Teh next day, he said this on email.

"No-one contributed MORE to Dongguan Expat than you, Rahul. I created it, WE WORKED on it, but YOU were the biggest contributor".

Fair's fair, bro.

And the General was a fair man, and still is!

I'd love to meet him TODAY and chill and drink a few cold ones with me like we both did back in the day, getting in each others FACES, REAL MAN STYLE!

Thankfully we're (if I may borrow a great guy John Walker's expression" "far more civilzed now".

But the BEAST lurks!

Anyway, down the line, I think I mentioned this before (yes, I did!) - I put a Tsingtao beer gal as an opening splash page on the site for no other reason than I love Tsingtao, and the dame was hot - looked DAMN GOOD!

Kinda like the girls I drank with so often back in the day.

Michael asked me the following.

"Great splash page! But ... is TsingTao giving you credit for all the publicity??"

He was right.

And Iremoved the page later after pissing a few uppity morons off (and Nazi feminists, how dare I put the image of a sexy hot woman on there, hehe. "I dont want to see that!") ... but it probably got a lot of eyeballs.

He said it in jest.

But here's the point.

I dont SHY AWAY from giving CREDIT where it's due bro.

Customers?

I'll talk all day long about how great they are!

Bozo Schofields?

Well, you know that story too. Hehe.

exercise?

I'll talk all day long about it and give it credit!!

People that inspired me?

I dont just give them credit here - FREE credit - and no, I dont expect nothing in return - they deserve it - and then some! And I give them credit in my BOOKS TOO!

That is how the Universe works - I wrote in a NON - FITNESS related book about an English expat coming "home" to his Indian "dream gal' - and how "life always brings things full circle".

I gave you the example of - well, in THAT book of Stallone in Rambo being asked by Colonel Trautman.

"When are you going to come full ciricle, John?"

And Michael ... (which Michael? I'm Michael too, hehe - not just in China, but on ANOTHER site too!).

There is a reason I chose the name.

The man inspired me, and still does!

(and it pissed off a lot of people that I liked him, but hey. So be it!)

"We all get on the roundabout , Rahul ... "

Sage!

And as I come full circle, you do so TOO bro.

With the OLDEST exercise known to man out there (no, Bozo Schofield, not "that exercise").

No you know what fist pumps with old you know what's.

PUSHUPS!

Come full circle, bro.

JOIN ME IN CELEBRATING!!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - I love pushups. Cannot overstate how important they are to fitness, and if you haven't seen it yet - well - the Rolls Royce of Fitness explains it very well too along with videos. Grab both of these NOW.

Why keeping it real is what its all about!

A lot of "gurus" - fitness included are guilty of not doing just that in my opinion.

A lot of so called "life gurus" or motivational so called experts as well ...

Let me ask you, the majority of these motivational speakers out there for one - how often do they focus on the NEGATIVE  part of things, which to be honest makes up the majority of anyone's journey to achieving anything noteworthy?

How often do you hear "think and you'll attract" (dont get me wrong, it's true, but...) - while these people paper over the bad, often long periods of bad - in their own lives?

Maybe that is their version of marketing i.e. "saying what people want to hear".

Maybe.

To me, I'm one of the best marketers out there - in my not so humble opinion, hehe - but me aside, to me, it's about keeping it real. THAT markets better for you than any number of snazzy campaigns, ads, airy fairy tales etc could...

To me, it's about doing what David Goggins , pull-up stud - once said.

"It's about putting your entire life, no matter how fucked up it is, on a BILLBoard out there on the busiest highway out there!"

He's right.

Fitness wise, I see so many gurus - so called gurus - putting out pictures of themselves that were taken when they were doing the exact opposite of what they advocate, for one.

For instance, training with weights when they advocate bodyweight ..

Or, following super strict diets - but claiming later "diets aren't the most important thing" ...

I dont know, to me?

When I wrote Fast and Furious Ffitness in 2012, I showed myself off in the shape I was back then - certainly not the lean and mean me you see in 0 Excuses Fitness, and thats why there is a difference albeit slight in the two books, as I told you what I did then.

I still did pull-ups, handstands etc ...  but the two books are different, crack them both open, you'll see what I mean.

When I wrote Eat More - Weigh Less, I had the shittiest diet ever, drank tons of beer - and still lost weight like a mo.fo on steroids - natural as ever - and I've included proof on the sales page.

When I wrote Pull-ups - from STUD to SUPER STUD - within WEEKS! - you see me doing each of the exercisesI advocate.

In my videos, my writings, everything, I've always belived the real you will shine out no matter how much you try to hide it  - or not.

I never do. Hehe.

Because to me, keeping it real is what its about.

You're not always going to have the best days - or best workouts.

You're not always going to pop off 500 squats at one go, even if you have done 1000 of them at one go in the past.

You're not always going to be "feeling like doing it".

Key is lighting a fire under your arse though, and showing up daily, and doing the very best you can.

Applies to life, fitness, emails, anything you do.

Do so for a year starting today, and I'll guarantee you - that looking back, in hindsight, once the year's over - you'll see yourself getting to results you previously thought completely "ungettable".

In the trenches advice that almost no-one gives, but I'm giving it to you straight.

Just as I do in Zero to Hero and Gumption Galore! - two motivational reads with no fluff you'll want to grab NOW.

Back soon.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

Be BOLD. Be BRAVE. Be RELENTLESS!

Be .. like an Abrams tank, my friend - the famed M1 Abrams.

That tank, along with the Marines in it was orignally the cover for Battletank Shoulders - before I changed it to the great Doug Hepburn on there NOW - and if ole Doug was here today physically, he'd be the first one recommending these workouts.

Doesn't get any better than a monster - a legend for the AGES - Doug Hepburn recommending something, does it?

But more than strength, more than fat loss, more than gumption, more than building a REAL MAN INDOMITABLE spirit, more than all the benefits I mention on the sales page, here is another I didnt word there- or I didnt mention it explicitly.

These workouts teach you, and give you the DESIRE and will to be BOLD - BRAVE - RELENTLESS, and KEEP GOING NO MATTER WHAT.

I dont care what the situation is, or how hopeless it seems.

You fix your eyes on your TARGET much like the Marines, Navy Seals, and special forces everywhere do, and you block out the bullshit.

Then you become a tank - literally.

You keep rolling, period.

Sometimes, you might get stuck in the mud. Or, your hands might bleed hwile doing that medley of handstand pushups, pull-ups, Gorilla Grip work and a lot of other stuff that is there in the workouts, truly unlike ANY other anyone, myself included has ever put out.

Then you get out and PUSH that damn tank till it moves again on its own.

Yes, they used to do that in World War II when the need arose, most specifically during the German miscalculations in Russia. (when the snow and slush wouldn't let the tanks roll normally).

You do what you can with your bandaged hands - or busted chin (which as I told you, happened to me once when an idiotic pink dog showed up woofing anyway) - or thumb poppingin and out.

You just keep going, period.

You dont stop.

Like my friend from the Marines once told me.

(about the Paras in India toughening their recruits up by sticking their heads in rotten animal carcasses for one)

(and drinking crushed glass during grad time- yes, that happens in reality too! (its like sand once you get it right, but just the thought will make a man out of you!))

"They do all that so they can keep going even if they lose an eye or whatever it is".

And he is right. Spot on.

You BULLDOZE through obstacles, or you make your way around them, you make them disappear.

You just do it, you just KEEP doing it!

And there it stands, my friend.

In life, fitness, anything - THAT is the spirit required.

Far too few people have it these days.

And the workouts in this book, the SPIRIT in which I wrote it, it will bring you that indomitable WILL and GUMPTION to keep going, keep going, no matter what, and ultimately GET to where you WANT to be.

And that, my friend is really all that is needed. (and what it is all about, truly about).

NEVER GIVE UP - on any goal - fitness or anything, for if you persist, you shall GET. It's as simple as that.

I'm sure you agree!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

There's plenty of lessons you can learn from the latter, which is derided by many as a crap movie and more - yet, it was a huge success anyway.

Sly really hit home with his "Cobra" - and "Over the Top" movies in the 1980's.

Visionary as usual, WAY beyond his time, thats what people WANTED!

If you look at what Bollywood - and Bollywood actors in general - are copying, apeing, right down to the look?

It's Sly Stallone!

Hell, they even want to make a Rambo in India apparently!

Sly is just a legend, my friend, far, far ahead of good ole "Gubernator" Arnie. People will never understand his genius, perhaps this line sums it up the best.

"90% of my life has been a mistake - but I've got it right 10% of the time".

(I'm paraphrasing)

"But that 10% was what really COUNTED!"

Said like the champ Sly is!

Same thing for yours truly.

Look at most of my life, you'd think I did nothing - failed numerous times - as an idiot recently said "you dont have enough docs for your business" (this Bozo, remember, had never started one business of his own, let alone five or more) ...

But the REAL magic, when I really hit the highs - that EVEYRONE wants -I repeat, EVERYONE WANTS despite the Tom Tomming about "he doesnt have anything" - when people look at me - they ALL wish they could have my lifestyle, or similar! It could be "nomadic lifestyle" like Charles recently said, or "soo many girls" or "a business that pays me as I move about, with not as much work as you'd think or very little sometimes!" ... whatever it is about my way of living, life, that floats your boat - they ALL WANT IT, despite how vociferously they might DENY it ... anyway, that magic?

That happened in the 1% - or the 10%. Hehe.

Growing up, and indeed in school and so forth, I've always been one to remain silent as the Tom Tom's spout their nonsense.

I remember an idiot Anindya from Bengal (in Southern USA) once telling me the following when I was doing pushups before leaving Ricky's house (he was rooming with Ricky at the time).

"Pushups wont work the brain! Look at them (he was referring to people in general apparently".

"They have a stupid mind!"

This comment must rank RIGHT UP THERE in terms of stupidity with the comment I got about "why are you doing pullups! You need to work your mind more!"

Both UNSOLICITED BS - both made by idiots and jackasses that couldn't do a pushup, let alone pull-up to save their fucking lives if they had to.

But I remained silent.

Harry, an Indian friend of mine (at the time - I was 17) once told me the following about my style of quietly saying "Oh, I dont know, I can't do that, how could I!" to all discussions.

(because I found their theory of "stick with Indians only" so insanely DUMB AND STUPID that I couldnt even comment, I mean, why come to a foreign land then? Just stay at home, eh)

"You know everything!"  (which is the English translation of the Hindi in the title)

Well, that was said in a sage manner too. He was right, heheh..

No, I dont know "everything", but I know a lot more than what Tom Tom's in general know - becauseI THINK - and I LEARN.

I know because I exercise a right we ALL have ie. to THINK independently.

And that gives me my lifestyle for the most part, ups, downs, everything.

Anyway, in Over the Top, they show the arm wrestling match in the diner.

The first one, and Sly is up against a bigger opponent (as usual - ever notice the similiarities between what yours truly says about "if you've taken someone BIGGER THAN YOU down, then it means something!" - defeating or besting someone that isnt up to par is just HOLLOW! - and what Sly's movies depict?) ...

(I once remember when doing Taekwondo in eigth grade, and being set upon by bullies - or maybe this was, I dont know, before I started doing it- those guys did do it - and were showing off kicks etc, much bigger than I was obviously - and they were finally pulled apart by another guy.

"If he doestn know how to defend himself, then who do you think YOU are by attacking him! Attack someone that knows, not someone that doesnt know!"

That was said sagely too!

Unfortunately my upbringing meant when I DID defend myself, like giving the guy a natural born kick to the KNEE way before I EVER learned TaeKwondo ... it meant I would be pilloried anyway.

Damned if you do, damned if you fucking dont!

PATHETIC, I'd say. Oh well)

But anyway, Sly is on the losing end for most of the match ...

And then finally, finally, after the other guy tells him (it came out as "me" when I was typing it - might as well be me!) "you ain't got it!" - he goes OVER THE TOP.

And defeats the guy.

BLACK MAMBA!

That is what life is about, my friend.

Notice the true winners, they're always ready to learn.

Notice people that hate bullies, and stand up for the weak (like my friend from the Marines) - THEY are the true heroes and SOLID MEN - real men!

True, they're bested by women sometimes. Hehe. Aren't we all!

(I'd rather MGTOW for the most part tho!).

But anyway, THAT is what it's about.

Now, fitness wise?

And arm wrestling wise?

#2 first, most arm wrestling matches dont even last that long - not as far as I know at least. I ain't an expert in this either.

Normally, for me, it's always been - either I win, or he does!

With a brief tussle, but brief.

Over the Top was probably dramatized, which is fine. Hey, it's a movie after all! It has to rouse real emotion, which ain't arm wrassling - thats the vehicle.

And remember two things, friend.

Arm wrestling is one of the most brutal sports ever in many regards.

And it requires BRAIN.

And if you want to show off - or "feel like you can" - then arm wrestling - and handstand pushups - are the two fitness "standards" (if you can call them that, I'd definitely call handstands that) you MUST get good at!

Especially the latter - think about it - how many people can just up and get into a handstand ?

How many have the GRIP (yes, it's all about forearms! - but dont get me wrong, chest, triceps, shoulders, all comes into it - but weak grip, you're GONE in arm wrestling) to simply flatten bigger arms like nothing else?

I remember a Japanese dude doing that to me in college, hehe.

Skinnier than even me by several degress, and yet - arm wrestling - BAM!

Of course, if he did 50 fingertip pushups a day like a certain Korean dude I knew did... hehe.

OK, enough of the flashbacks, tips etc.

GET the courses above, my friend. Please stop postponing it, putting it off, complaning about money and all the other BS.

My stuff is the best out there, and it will get YOU in the best shape of your life.

So then, just do it...

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - A great customer recently sent me the following

"I'm 57, so dont have the energy of a young one!"

Well, DO THE THING - and despite your age - you WILL HAVE THE ENERGY TOO!

Friend,

That wasn't the exact comment Chuck made all those months ago. He literally threw a HISSY at my post on pull-ups - it struck home, because I basically said phat phocks couldn't do 'em, period, and to do 'em you have to lose weight around the midsection.

That was a hard, hard hitting post.

I HIT HARD, BRO!

Anyway, ;let's see if I can find Chuck's (probably alcohol fueled) rant against a post NOT aimed at him - at all - he wasn't even on my mind when I wrote it.

Here it is

And this, friend is the original post which dear Chuck ranted against - Deadlifts and grip training and my thoughts on each, and both . . . (rahulmookerjee.com)

Of course, he later batted that away by saying "but I just said that onwechat".

Hmm!

Much like the Bozo is whining about "But I just trolled you on wechat with racist memes Chuck made". .  .

Hmm!

I swear, the sense of entitlement lunatics like the Bozo have - and typical Tom tom's like him. And of course, liberals like Charles.

Of course, he claims up and down "I'm not liberal or conversative! I'm sensible!"

Yeah. Right. The paradigm of goose and gander, eh.

Lets see, Charles, did I even mention YOU in the post?

No I didnt.

Lets see, Bozo Glyn. Did I EVER say one bad word about you - troll you - refer to your race - and then you respond with what, trolling and attacking me back x 10?

Trying to destroy me?

You thought I wouldn't reply, eh. For a long time I decided not to.

BLACK MAMBA!

When it biteth though, boy, it BITES. And it doesnt sting like a scorpion. It kills.

GO FOR THE JUGULAR!

STREET FIGHTER, as a big dude Aaron once called me!

Go for the jugular so people watching will KNOW not to mess with you said Donald Trump. So true!

My friend Rueben once said the following.

I dont fight fair. I fight dirty - and I WIN!

He probably would, hehe.

But like Trump, he's really the nicest guy ever.

Just dont make the mistake of pissing him off.

"Them damn women....."

I'll never forget him in traffic, his trusty 9mm by his side (not Glyn's 9mm wang, lol) ...

It used to be hilarious!

Some chick would cut in front of me, or slam on the brakes or something, and he "done got the red ass".

I'll kill that motha............ he'd thunder, face all red!

Great guy!

And he'd have his gun by his side for added emphasis.

Funny part, he knew, and I knew, he'd never use it.

But it was good to have anyway ... Good ole Rueben! We love you!

But anyway,

This ain't about my black Mamba for one, Bozo Schofield, so you can click away.

It's about ... I mean, what do these loonies think?

That they can make all the comments they like, including claiming "what I teach is gay" (sometimes, and then pad it away by saying "they were just kidding") - and I can't respond at all?

I mean, here's my response.

Is being a dancing monkey in China - a dancin gBozo, rather, any LESS gay or faggoty

I dont think so, brah.

Tell them that though, they're up in arms.

But apparently THEY can tell ME anythign they like, and I'm supposed to meekly take it!

Makes me wonder, did Charles really create those racist memes? Who knows!

I stil say no.

But sometimes, I wonder...

Anyway, we all know whose advice works, and whose doesn't.

Charles Mitchell said it best HERE

John Walker has been saying it forever My buddy from the Marines has. Panourgias has. Damn near anyone with half a brain, as Charles said, has...

But anyway, why do I mention this.

I dont know, I just got this email about ...

The Blitzkreig of emaisl you're sending!

This was NOT meant in a bad way.

Tomas is a 0 Excuses Fitness and Shoulders like Boulders! customer.

He's considering Battletank Shoudlers as the next step. Smart dude!

He had questions, I covered those, so what he said in terms of blitzkrieg was basically ... just that one line. The email was about something else.

But it made me think.

The left, and loonies in general complain, but do we ever see them complain about the blitzkrieg of BAD NEWS - idiotic crap that don't help you NONE that is Tom Tommed globally daily?

For instance, this idiotic China virus.

Or, the damn panixines.

Or, the economy (ever notice how even when it's up, no-one says it is?)?

Folks love to be the bearer of doom and gloom and the harbinger of BAD NEWS, ever see anyone say things are GOOD?

Trust me, we attract what and how we think.

You cannot escape thi struism, friend.

Proof?

Look at the world NOW.

But anyway, I just noticed Governor De Santis in Florida made a great decision on making masks OPTIONAL in schools.

I cannot applaud this man enough.

STOP FORCING KIDS TO WEAR MASKS!

They're useless beyond a point, and it's personal choice.

Kids can't make that choice.

YOU CAN'T MAKE IT FOR THEM !

Their PARENTS CAN AND SHOULD!

Governor Santis - great job!

Of course, Twitter came alight with the left attacking him of being a murderer, and worse.

OF course, when asked about China - the country that SPREAD this (ccp) - no answers.

Silence.

Crickets.

I give up.

Goose and gander is truly an alien concept these days...

Anyway, my advice Works, friend.

Take it or leave it, but you cannot dispute the results...

And it will work for you too - if you let it!

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

Holy Mary.

Which one should we start with first?

Well, lets start with the first first.

Remember the nutjob who claimed my book on isometrics, the "missing link" that connects all my other great books - and an awesome book in it's own regard (indeed, this book will teach YOU the SECRETS the old timers used to build their prodigous strength beyond belief) was "too expensive" because the "quality of pictures was poor"?

Or some such rot ...

Here is the comment again -

Honestly, one of the worst fitness ebooks I've ever read (and I've read quite a few); it's a simple bunch of static stretches and bodyweight exercises. A shallow recommended programming, and the photos quality is simply unwatchable. And never, never all of this for € 46!

Not recommended

Well, well, well.

As I said before in another post - how dare I put out a book on isometrics that does just that i.e. talk about isometrics.

Lets take the definition of isometrics again ...

An isometric exercise is a form of exercise involving the static contraction of a muscle without any visible movement in the angle of the joint.

(wikipedia)

How dare I, hehe.

How dare I put out information that was good for the Great Gama, Alexander Zass, Bruce Lee, and many others...

But his main beef wasn't with the course.

What he really meant was this a) too expensive and b) "you took the pictures at home and didnt hire Sylvester Stallone's make up artist, producer, director, and an entire crew to take the pictures, make it purdy and so forth".

What a joker!

Now, we've covered the price part before.

(btw - I dont know where he got the "46 Euro" price from!)

Simply put, as an awesome customers, one of the very BEST, John from the UK said .

"You cannot put a price on knowledge".

And then, "fitness books are about the information, not the typos or lack thereof"

(The first in response to the price thang, the second for Animal Kingdom Workouts)

(both paraphrased)

But in Mamma Mia (the commenter)'s case, he was really upset about the "looking like a movie star" guy not taking movie star pictures.

I mean really.

Lets get REAL FOLKS!

These courses ain't about looking like a pretty boy!

And hence, this comment on Corrugated Core ...

This is functional core training, not your usual get "buffed for the beach" nonsense.
This is hardcore training for a hard core, if you're after performance above pretty, then this is for you.

Sure, some of my books - such as Advanced Hill Training have pictures taken outdoors.

So does Battletank Shoulders

But some dont. Corrugated Core for one.

If it can be done indoors, why go outside?

Is that not the entire point of the 0 Excuses Fitness System for one?  (i.e. the ability to get in workouts anyplace, any time - and with NO Excuses?)

Anyway, for those interested, no, I won't be hiring any make up artists in the near future. The girls dont seem to mind it, and if the guys do, well, thats ok. LOL.

And in any case, getting back to it - fitness books are about the knowledge. INFORMATION!

(not information about turning into a movie star, heh)

Anyway, lets get to DOMS now.

I've spoken about my legs being sorer than SORE - HECK - by doing 500 Hindu squats a couple of days before?

And it's really hitting me now, hehe.

For some reason I get DOMS more than the next person does ...

And this info I'm about to give you is just as applicable to heavy weight squatters (you should not be doing that in the first place) as it is bodyweight trainees, or the average ole couch potato that jumped off his perch (and hasn't in years) and climbed a hill like yours truly did with Ann Lee back in the day.

And it left me hammered for DAYS.

Anyway, right now it's mostly thighs

And it's nowhere near the soreness most people get when they START out with Hindu Squats, when they can barely WALK the next day after 40.

I've seen grown men that can squat kangaroos and elephants in the gym COLLAPSE the next day. Literally!

(dont know why the "roo" came to mind, hehe).

Maybe because of it's prodigous LEG strength!

But anyway, exercises #11, 12, 14, 16 and 17 in the book on isometrics address the legs specifically, and will literally stretch out any soreness you have within the space of less than a minute.

And that, my friend is yet another benefit of this wonderful, wonderful and once in a lifetime course.

That being - getting back to it - ASAP!

We all hate missing workouts as much as the next person - and I'm sure you know what I mean here.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee
