So, it BE Wednesday in this here neck of the woods wher eI’m at.

And it BE  a great, great day. Some call it Hump Day.

And probably rightfully so in more ways than one given what I just got done doing, and no, before you ask, neither is the training nor what I just got done part of what you’re thinking, or anywhere near it.

My other list on the other sites may think something in that regard, and they’d be RIGHT. ?

But here’s the point.

What I said above is one of the best visualization techniques ever, especially if you’re doing tough workouts.

And WILL catapult your results through the ROOF, my friend.

Lets say you’re embarking on a tough tough workout (for you, lets say) of 100 pushups.

Your previous best was 50 in one workout, and that was ONE Time . . .

So you’re aiming at 100.

You get to 30.

The fatigue kicks in. The sweat drips off your brow. And you think about quitting.

“OK, lets just make it to 50. Then we’ll see!”

And yet, a better way of looking at this is as follows.

“I’ve made it to 50! That’s half out of the way!”

Way back in the day, I did this when I followed that punishing and grueling hill climb regiment I so love.

Let me tell you something, boyo. It ain’t easy for one climbing up steep hills in the middle of the day in Guangdong style heat and humidity, and that’s made it to the book on fitness recollections as well for a reason, but the point is it ain’t easy.

Often times, I’d use visuals to get myself through.

Sometimes I’d compare my slow (and last) walk up the hill to the Undertaker’s as he slowwwwwlllly walks to the ring.

And other times, after I got done with 2 climbs, I’d talk to myself.

That’s two done, Rahul. Just two more left!

I don’t know why, but this gave me a huge, huge mental boost and I needed it. Trust me!

And the same thing applies to you, regardless of what workout you do or if you pump weights or do bodyweight or do that “other” workout (well, not really in that case, hehe).

Anyway, more on training half bore you ask ?

Well, the Bourne Series comes to mind again! One of my favorite movies ever is the Bourne Identity (Supremacy is by far the best in my book) and while the book is much better obviously, Matt Damon doe a stellar job of portraying an ex CIA assassin whose “mind is broken” (memory loss, whatever).

ONLY Damon could have done it. And I’ve written tomes about him and the movie and his TRAINING for the movie as well before!

And as the Identity starts, we see him doing pull-up on a wooden ledge on a boat.

Pull-up purists including yours truly may have a thought here.

That he’s neither going all the way up nor all the way down, which NO, I do NOT recommened.

I do not recommend kipping either and have said why.

But other hand . . .

If you’re already cranking out 5 pull-ups per set, for instance, but can’t quite seem to get to the magic 10 a set number, then you may want to try half pull-ups – on occasional.

Go all the way down, and pull-up, but only half (even if you can do a bit more) and then hold, and then go DOWN again, all the way.

That’s ONE way of doing it.

And count the half rep as a rep, because you’re doing it AFTER your max 5 rep count (note – do NOT do it before you max out).

Believe me now, and trust me later, you’ll benefit GREATLY from adopting this one technique into not just your pull-up workout, but overall workouts.

And that’s that for now (yes, again). Back soon! (yes, again).

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

My eyes closed workout today!

I’ve written about it before, havent I?

The sheer meditative effect some of these workouts have, specifically Hindu pushups and pushup workouts . . . if done right, that is.

And today I’ll take it to another level. Or I did, I should say And I can barely STANd at the time of writing this!

(before writing it!)

And what did I do?

Well, the majority of my 2000 jump rope workout today was accomplished with eyes closed today.

I divided it up into two halves.

1000 each, eyes closed for the majority of it.

If you don’t think that’s a big deal (the eyes closed part), well, a) think again and b) TRY it before you say it!

It might not be a bad idea to do this on a padded surface (not cell, hehe). Don’t worry. I’m not implying you’ve become a lunatic or will upon doing this, and I certainly haven’t (not any more than people think I am anyway?).

But believe me, I fell over while doing this. And you will too.

You’ll likely bump into things.

You’ll likely twist towards your dominant side or weaker side. And more . . .

Sayeth the person who today started to “torque” towards whats my naturally (but no longer) weaker side, the right, and then funnily enough during set #2, the opposite.

And sayeth me, who ended up getting a nasty bruise on the chin the first time he did this sets of 10 pull-ups . . .

(granted, that was towards the end of the 100 pull-up workout. But still!)

And I did the first set in 12 minutes. The second in 10.

And for those wondering why I did the second quicker, well, I have this to say.

The FOUR minute break that I took in between was part of the reason, or most of it.

And this four minute break was taken in a sitting position, but not sitting down, at least not what you’d associate with those words.

I sat “down” in a position most people couldn’t get into, and breathed in and out deeply with eyes closed for the count of 120. REAL slow breaths, in and out.

240 seconds. Four minutes in the Asian squat position which most people cannot get into today, let alone HOLD. (and this includes “modern Asians” too!).

I once put out a series of emails on fitness tests, and while the “table” position was it, this wasn’t, I think.

But it should be!

And the benefits of this position?

Well, they go way beyond “active recovery”

Those of you that have trouble “going” (the vast majority reading this I bet) better do this next to a commode. Hehe.

I know I had to go, and I don’t have said problems!

And this position stretches out your hips and joints of the lower body in a way you can’t imagine when held for time. Not to mention you won’t need any calf stretches at all if you hold THIS position, as opposed to the regular one I teach (the Hindu squat on your toes).

And for those of you with tight hamstrings, this will solve that problem too. Believe me!

And while I ain’t prepared to say this position (or squats done in this position ) are better than the good ole Hindu squat I teach, I do ALL my squats this way these days, for a very good reason!

Anyway, can almost hear my daughter “goading” me on.

Come on Dad, you can only do 70! I can do 200!

And she can.

She’s a little champ, not just at this position but at ALL positions and exercises that emanate from this one position, stuff I’ve covered in Animal Kingdom Workouts. If you’ve got even a sliver of fat on your body, these workouts will get rid of it, and fast!

(She isn’t that good at HW, but hey . . . ?).

Anyway, where were we you ask.

I did . .  .

Eyes closed.

Ok.

So, this sort of thing will not only be RELAXING once you start getting into it, but you’ll also build spatial awareness like never before, especially if you do advanced stuff like one arm pushups or jumps. Or squats. Or jump squats.

And I do not recommend doing anything you’re not entirely comfortable with this way.

If you can do 100 pull-ups per workout, give these a shot towards the start and work into it.

Ditto for 2000 jumps. Or 20 pushups. Or 5, if that’s all you can do (as many currently can).

And not only that, you’ll build strength in a way you never thought you could.

And most importantly, you’ll automatically visualizing you and your body moving through space while you’re working out with eyes closed, whether you consciously try or not.

Mental workout x 10, and while you CAN visualize with eyes open, and although I recommend doing so with eyes closed when you start you CAN do ‘em with eyes open – but doing it this way?

Whole different ball game my friend!

Try these sort of workouts, and let me know how you do!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. – Here is where you can grab the 0 Excuses Fitness System. You’ll see me doing all my exercise barefoot in there, and that by itself is another tip for you – barefoot exercise is a whole different ball of wax I’ll write about soon that WILL give you a better workout!

THIS is real hill climbing!

I recently remembered something a “friend” (I should actually say student of mine) told me once after my nth climb up the hill.

“They’re not really climbing”, she said, pointing to some other folks ascending them steep, steep slopes on a Saturday afternoon in May (and it was HOT my friend. Oh YES!).

It wasn’t just hot. It was one of those hot muggy days where it would occasionally rain for a bit throughout the day.

Hot rain.

It would NOT cool down at all after that.

If anything, it would get even more oppressively hotter, and on an “exposed” mountain like I climb, well, trust me - - you’d feel it.

Especially if you climb five times during the day as my “crazy” ass used to, hehe.

I later reduced this to 4 times a day in the morning, but I still felt it, but anyway . . .

This was one of those times I saw Kelly (her name) climbing when I was on my (I think) fourth slog up the hill.

Being she was only halfway up when I finished round #4 and started #5, I figured I’d climb WITH her.

And as we finally reached the top of that hill, I was almost DEAD.

Almost GONE.

The sweat was pouring off me like nothing before.

I was literally DRIPPING sweat every time I moved  - - a shower of sweat as it were.

PUDDLES were forming under me every time I moved. Quite literally, and my shoes were “squelching”.

I don’t know if I mentioned this in “16 inspirational fitness recollections”, but it certainly IS one of them.

And there are a lot more mentioned in that book . . .

And why do I tell you this?

Well, because THOSE are the sort of workouts (and the sort of commitment) that really get you in TOP shape.

That really get the WAIST whittled down.

And that really BURN fat off you like nothing else.

A close alternative, though not quite the same (but pretty damned good anyway) is the rope sprints I do, closely followed by another movement right after.

And the animal like movement workouts I do, mentioned in my latest book Animal Kingdom Workouts.

And so on and so forth.

It’s about workouts that burn fat, and BLAST that pesky FAT off your body quicker than anything else, and those workouts, my friend are the type of workouts I give you in all my books.

Go get ‘em here!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. -Back from workout #2 (late, late night workout, and I feel GREAT!).

When to listen to your BODY

Over the past couple of days, I’ve been writing a lot about how my workout routine over the 10 days or so has left me BUSHED.

Smacked.

Shattered (in a good way, hehe).

SPANKED. (that was the word I was looking for at first!).

And as I sit here, typing this to you, I’m trying to debate whether or not to go in for ANOTHER ONE  of them workouts.

. . . and I think I’ve decided, for ONCE, to do the SENSIBLE thing and call it quits – for today. Hehe.

Quit while I’m ahead, as it were, and get back at it tomorrow!

And this is the best thing to do, and this is a key, key area of training that a lot of people ignore, but even more EMBRACE – in the wrong way.

All too often, you’ll have morons running for the hills complaining about “being sore” after a workout, and not doing anything for days other than moan and groan about their sore muscles, and how weightlifters need FIVE days of rest a week, and the sixth is eating day, and so forth . . .

(and to these people I have two things to say -a ) I wonder what would happen I put you through a REAL WORKOUT! And b) Get real – and EMBRACE the soreness).

Being sore is part and parcel of it all, my friend.

If you quit at the first sign of soreness, you’ll never get anywhere.

But for the elite few of us that train like madmen - - or “really kill it” - - or so forth, sometimes, it DOES do some good to let your body recover a bit.

As I can barely lift my arms and shoulders a day AFTER a workout of NOT working them directly in ANY WHICH WAY, shape or form, I decided today will be the day I take a break.

I could go for a massage. I could probably do a very gentle walk up the hill. Or so forth.

But I’m not.

Instead, I’m going to put myself in YOUR SHOES as I’ve done so many times before, and realizing that a lot of you don’t have access to the above, I’ll do the following.

A gentle walk around the ‘hood (without a mask, hehe).

A few stretches

A few PATENTED stretches STRAIGHT OUT OF 0 Excuses Fitness.

And perhaps a bit of on the spot running.

I am NOT going to gorge, or give myself a ‘cheat day’ and ruin all the hard work I’ve put in over the past few days.

No.

It will be active rest and recovery, and I have ZERO and less doubt I’ll be CHOMPING at the bit, and raring to go again tomorrow!

And that’s that for now. See if you can find today’s lesson – or a couple, actually – most valuable ones!

Best

Rahul Mookerjee

My ABS be a burning!

As a certain Mr. Wong from wayyyy back in the day used to often say (exclaim) –

FO**!

Yes, that’s rightl He said it without the “U” – don’t ask me why, hehe.

Maybe that’s how they say the fabled four letter word in a different language, but it ain’t Chinese for sure, and neither is it any of the dialects spoken in the mainland

And as I break into the sort of “breathless” giggles – laughs – the sort you have when you’re really gasping for breath and when a six (soon to be 7) year old beats the heck out of you in kiddie movements (as she should, hehe), it reminded me of Mr. Wong’s words.

It also reminded me of how back in the day, when I was lifting weights, he used to grip my forearms and and comment on their size and strength.

And that, of course was pre-Gorilla Grip days.

Yes, that “infamous” incident when I fell out of a bus and a tennis player about 6’1” almost crushed my hand later, and acted like he didn’t mean to (sure he did, hehe) STUCK in my craw - - and ever since, I’ve worked my grip (and legs) with a passion second to NONE.

But this ain’t about grip is it.

It’s about ABS.

And my abs are SCREAMING right now with the kiddie version of a jump my daughter beat me at.

Admittedly, she cheated again, hehe, but she did better than yesterday! ?

And that’s what counts. Small, incremental improvements are how you do it, my friend – and how it’s done in terms of fitness. Biting off more than you chew rarely, if ever leads to frustrations ville and NO results.

What exactly is this sort of jump you ask?

Well, I revel all in Kiddie Fitness, so I won’t get into it here. After all, that’s what the book is for no?

But yeah, I WILL tell you one damn thing.

I didn’t just graduate to climbing that hill of mine, for instance, in 1 day. Or one week. Or even a month.

NO.

I worked up to it.

First, it was once every morning and evening thrice a week (with the morning being daily).

Then I hammered out two in the morning, and then three, and kept the one in the night . . .until it became two at night over the space of three weeks.

And beyond a certain point, I just started to FLY up the hill, and now, it barely seems like anything . .  .

And that’s how it should be for you too, my friend.

Start small. Build the momentum, keep it going. And build from THERE!

As an aside, it was interesting to see all the folks out there putting on masks as soon as they saw us approach.

. . . and through out workout outdoors (part of it, at least), they smiled on, and actually tried to join in.

All kudos, hehe.

And so much for this dumb ass, blasted COVID scare all over the globe.

Ah well. That’s that for now – I’ll be back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

Lockdown workouts

Depending on which “neck of the woods” you’re currently in, you are probably still feeling the effects of lockdown – if not IN LOCKDOWN as we speak.

And a lengthy ass lockdown at that, one that has done way more damage than people thought it would be.

When this lockdown first started in Wuhan in China, I was very vocal about saying that it was a case of “closing the door after the horse done bolted” way, way back last year.

No-one believed me, of course, but now as the facts come out (and to be fair, there were certain other people that said the same thing – Donald Trump being one, but all was roundly ignored in favor of the liberal “China tom tomming” that seems to be the rage in certain parts of the world – thankfully NOT in the ole US of A though), people are having second thoughts.

Hmm!

How hard is to THINK?

A virus that was very deliberately ignored (for reasons which are certainly outside the scope of this piece) and allowed to spread – and then you shut down cities and countries AFTER it’s spread – ALL over the world – and a virus that can be spread and carried by those with no symptoms?

Further, a virus where the VAST MAJORITY of people that have got it have – newsflash – RECOVERED.

And a virus where the number of deaths, though substantial pales in comparison to what happens EVERY YEAR – with – gasp – the common flu!

Do we shut down countries for the common flu?

Anyway, enough of the nonsense on all sides there.

As this madness continues, and countries supposedly start to come out of lockdown (but nigh on nothing is working normally anywhere, including mainland China for a long, long, long time) – lets talk about EXERCISE.

And getting the heebies from being confined at home for a long, long time – in the case of a country like India, over THREE months at the time of writing this.

In the case of China, a lengthy lockdown that never really ended . . .

And of course, physical fitness – and WEIGHT gain – and not being able to sleep – and all the rest of it.

Last night, I walked down to a convenience store WITHOUT a mask, braving the “stares” I got, hehe. I’m used to it as a foreign devil in China.

And I saw people outdoors exercising as usual – but with a mask.

How the heck one can breathe through a mask while exercising, I wondered.

And I picked up my own jump rope, and started to workout, but then something “took over”.

The atmosphere was one of FEAR.

Overwhelmingly NEGATIVE and not towards yours truly either, who is often spoken of being “as yellow as the Chinese” (don’t ask me, hehe).

And I went home – and did my post dinner workout at home.

What did I do?

First, a workout straight out of Kiddie Fitness.

Bear Crawls. Duck waddles. And the grand daddy of them all, something I’ll write about later, something that torches the average adult’s shoulders and upper chest within a second of so of getting into said post (if they can even GET INTO IT!) – the alligator crawl.

Believe me, though I’m in shape, that gave me a workout and a half, especially since I’d been writing all day long prior to that. (More on using time productively later, hehe).

And then it was time for some patented stretches – some straight out of 0 Excuses Fitness – and some straight out of Corrugated Core.

I was buzzing for a long, long time afterwards, and I worked until 4 AM or so, and woke up in the afternoon – on my time.

And that’s how it should be, my friend.

Cast the fear and irrational thoughts aside, and GO ABOUT YOUR OWN BUSINESS as usual!

Keep moving around, and working out, and staying HEALTHY. Chances are if you’re got a strong immune system this silly virus wouldn’t affect you EVEN if you came in contact with it (which is a FACT most people have either forgotten or conveniently choose to IGNORE).

And so forth, my friend.

While the world chooses to wallow in negativity, you do what you can to create – and attract – positivity to YOU.

And it will come, my friend – both in terms of workouts – and LIFE itself. Believe me now and trust me later, it WILL Come – if you just do the thing.

Anyway that’s all for this post. I’ll be writing about boxer pushups as promised on the other site soon – stay tuned!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. – Grab the best home based fitness system there is right here (much needed during the madness going on everywhere) –https://0excusesfitness.com/0excusesfitnessystem/

P.S #2 – And start to get in SHAPE my friend if you haven’t already. If you think whats happening now is bad, wait until later on in the year. While I’m not going to tell you what will happen as you wouldn’t believe me anyway, I might just say “I told you so” later, hehe. Nah  . . . . but that ain’t the point of me writing this. The point is, get in shape – and quick – you’ll need it, my friend.

On that note, pick up a copy of Advanced Hill Training while you’re at it. YES, these workouts can be ported over to HOME based routines as well, which is exactly what I did last night! Grab the course now and get cracking, my friend.

In Pull-ups - from STUD to SUPER STUD - within weeks! - I give you several exercises that will take you a long, long time to work up to; let alone start to get good at.

These exercises much like the "swami pull-up" - which is unlike any other you've seen out there, anywhere (much like most of my stuff, if not all) - might seem nigh undoable at the start - but they're not.

Proof is in the pudding, me doing them, so can YOU. Eventually.

In Battletank Shoulders, while the exercises themselves are a bit easier (though not "easy" per se), the workouts might seem almost undoable, or as Charles Mitchell a long time customer once famously said "I can't see how anyone doing these workouts isn't at least 70% Gorilla!".

He's right, and it sparked the next progression in the series - "Profound 70% GORILLA 30% Human handstands".

All this might seem tough.

But there's far more tough stuff out there - including, but not limited to muscle ups (people ask me all the time about these) - - advanced gymnastic movements (that make the muscle up look easy peasy) - one legged and one armed workouts - and more.

But for the most part, although I can do one legged pushups, squats, and pull-ups, for instane, do you see me tom tomming my ability to do them?

For instance, while writing this post, I just dropped down and did 8 one arm pushups on one hand, then the other - something I haven't done since last year, I believe.

Much like what I did yesterday, hehe - "Professor Rahul", as some saw on Instagram was forced to shave off that infamous stubble "bad man stubble" as some call it, hehe - because my electric razor gave up in the middle of shaving, and of course, we all know what happens when one side of your face is shaven, the other not even started on. LOL.

So, I had no choice but to shave fully - which was something I believe my face last saw a razor sometime around Chinese New year 2019. Hehe.

Maybe the hair will go too someday!

Anyway - point is this.

Neither do I do these extreme exercises all the time - my workhorses are what I tell YOU to do.

One arm pushups and squats may look great, the reality though is this - very few people can even do 'em - or do 'em in reps high enough for it to really make a difference, and you focus SO much on form in these that the workout part gets neglected.

Second, they're not exactly the most "natural of things" - for the most part, you use your WHOLE body to move, not just one arm or one limb, right?

That don't mean they're not tough, that they dont build strength, stamina and endurance.

In Squat 101, you will see the one legged squat.

But, it won't take up much of the book either. It'll BE there, but the other versions of the squat on two legs will take priority and precedence.

Point also is this, I might be able to do 'em but for you, you might be at a level where you can only barely even do a pushup, for instance.

Or getting through 50 squats might be a challenge.

If you're at that level, or even intermediate, the last thing you need is a coach or teacher primping and preening, showing off his "muscles or ability or both" to do extreme stuff ...

What you need even when you're an expert and advanced - is to keep focusing on the basics, my friend.

Those basics are what I stick by still, what YOU need to stick by as well the rest of your life. The advanced stuff is great, but most of it is good as a TEST - not a regular workout, but to see the results of your hard work.

You'll understand this the day you knock off your first one arm pushup after months of 150/day ...

And so forth.

Anyway, thats why (and yes, muscle-ups, advanced bridging, gymnastics, plyometrics, all very much still in the works).

Lots to do, my friend.

For now, for you - pick up a product right HERE. There's more than enough to choose from!

I was out and about today for some work (well, not necessarily of my own choosing, but work regardless).

And this entailed meeting a few people.

As I was walking from place A to place B with one person, he introduced me to the second - and then spoke to the second.

"You're getting a bit soft", he laughed, patting "#2" around the waist etc (Which he wasn't fat, perhaps somewhat out of shape, not a lot).

Guy rolled up his sleeves.

Huge arms, tattooed on the bicep.

Showing off "large shoulders" - except the kind of shoulders that look large from the front,  but nothing "to back it up".

i.e all chest and arms, very little back, certainly no legs...

I made small talk.

"Ah, so you're into fitness", I noted. "Nice arms!"

And that broke the ice.

"You go to the gym" I noted - while "#1" broke in with "but he's soft inside!" (again, he might have been a bit soft, I Dont  know, certainly not near as out of shape as some people I've seen, or a lot!).

"You look like you do a lot of running!" he promptly responded, looking at my legs and "in general".

Running?

I laughed, as I jogged up a flight of stairs.

"Never", I said.

But it's interesting, and more testament to the power of SQUATS my friend - daily squats.

Not only do they burn fat off your body and improve your overall health and well being at the rate of warp - not only do they give you solid core and back (and leg) strength - unbeatable stamina - and all the rest - - they also make you LOOK athletic.

Especially, and I believe this is one reason dude said what he did - if you combine with ISOMETRICS

One of the stretches in the advanced book on isometrics - I'm working upon it daily, and every day I get looser, more limber, flexible - and my legs just "look" different.

Loose around the groin, the kind of legs that can do snap kicks without even thinking about it.

Not the "massive striated" thighs that can barely climb a flight of stairs without collapsing - let alone kick and such.

Lean, muscular, stamina - that is the picture these legs project.

That is the picture YOU should project.

"I do mostly bodyweight" I told him. "Pushups, pull-ups and the rest" ...

I didnt specifically mention squats, maybe I did.

But there it is, my friend. Squats - be it bodyweight or Hindu - or otherwise - are an INDISPENSBALE part of your DAILY fitness routine - the capitalized words have been capitalized for a good reason.

DAILY.

I dont care what else you do, how "fit" you are or not.

If you ain't squatting, and squatting a lot and regularly, you ain't really into fitness...

And that, friend is that.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

One of the workouts, I believe it's #7, but I'm not sure - I dont have the book open in front of me - in Animal Kingdom Workouts is a workout that sometimes stops even me in my tracks, and I'm the one that wrote it.

So tough is it, so BRUTAL that even I have to sometimes wonder if I should do something easier.

I dont, of course!

But here is what Tommy, a former wrassler (high school, I believe) in ... I think Turkey, it was? Currently in china wrote back on Animal Kingdom Workouts (he bought this last week).

"Rahul, this is not just normal exercise workout! This is AWE inspirengly BRUTAL exercise routune!

Now, I modified what he said a bit, but thats the gist of it obviously. (I simply made it shorter, much like I refer to myself as the Stella Artois of Fitness - that isn't me that said that - I simply shortered the original remark to something easy to type and remember!).

(Especially after one too many Stellas, hehe, and I dont mean the heffas and Stellas Bozo Schofield so loves and adores (their backsides especially)).

Cow Schofield, we should call "her", the amount of grazing Miss Bozo Schofield does. Hehe.

But anyway, Miss Schofield aside . . .

Tommy said some other things also - in short, it was a book that floored him, and this is a former wrassler that said it.

Now, Tommy hasn't wrestled for years.

But there are customers, my friend - that have been into SERIOUS, SERIOUS, physical activity for YEARS - and that have said the same thing about not just Animal Kingdom Workouts, but ALL my books.

Indeed, my training isn't for pussies, as Charles Mitchell, ex cop said.

And it never ever will be.

I will never compromise on who I AM!

Not for sales, not for nuttin (though I do pretty well in the former regard I'd say).

Ex cops.

Former Elite Marines.

Army.

And of course, Ji Jitsu experts and the like . . . Former Samurais.

The list is legion.

Let me tell you, my friend, even if I dont do a shred or ounce of marketing, my books sell themselves. Most of my customers found me on Amazon for one (where I dont "market"). (or didnt before, at least).

If just for the results ...

And thats the tom tomming for this one - and if you haven't already - pick up Animal Kingdom Workouts now to see the "awe inspiringly brutal" workout that Tommy BE referring to, hehe.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - But if you're a Bozo, or a Schofield type, stay away. These workouts are unfeasible for Miss Schofields. Utdderly butterly so!

Not just because they’re the bread and butter of ANY business which is a fact a lot of so called business men and women do NOT realize as theyre chasing the almighty buckola, which of course runs away as fast from them as they chase it...

But because you guys are guys that GET it.

Anyway, more on this beneath.

But I still remember what a person told me many, many years ago (he was on the list when I first put out rahulmookerjee.com – those were the DAYS!).

“With a father like you your daughter need NEVER worry about getting unfit and eting too much etc”.

(This was in response to an email about how infants and kids instinctively know they have “had enough” and STOP eating, period, regardless of how “delicious” or yummy the food is in front of them (unless its chocloate, hehe)).

As adults, we could learn a LOT from infants - - both w.r.t fitness – and life – and BREATHING

Anyway, he said that in response to that post (which I’ll share to you guys probably one of these days. It’s an all time favorite! Probably second after my hill climbing workout post) ...

And as I sit here writing this to you, typo ridden or what not (and the SQUIT workout as well) .. .I think what he said was right.

Kiddie fitness proves it, for one.

And the term my little girl came up with does too!

She’s the most inventive and ingenius ever. We call her (or at least I did) “Little Einsten”, right down to the messy “lab” of hers. Hehe.

Yours truly hates disorders and chaos, but sometimes there is more function in dysfunction and more ORDER in chaos than is visible to the “naked eye”.

Now, squits.

Is What I did today for a majority of MY workout.

What is it, I still remember asking my daughter when she coined the term.

“Dad, it’s a combo of squat and sit!”

And shes right.

And what it ALSO is a stretch for the AGES, bro.

A stretch that most in the West, and even most modern Asians could NOT get into – or hold – for any length of time.

And a stretch thats functionally one of the most useful ones.

Move over splits etc.

When you gotta take a dump and there ain’t no toilet in the woods, then it’s time for the bear to do what it does eh.

But you can only do it if you can GET into position first, and SPLIT seconds count. Hehe.

(I still remember a bus ride back from Hong Kong where all water I drank was (in Bruce, an old friends terminology) “clamoring to come out”! And th ebus ride took forever, and there was a traffic jam and I was wondering if I’d have to pull out the ole bottle, hehe).

(He didnt say clamoring, but you get the point!)

But anyway ...

One of the most functional stretches ever.

And it’ll give you a workout from hell in a way you have NOT experienced before if you do it right!

And it’s mentioned in my latest book “Isometric and Flexibility Training”.

And another most functional and NIGH USEFUL stretch to get rid of back pain, feel great, and lose WEIGHT – big time – is mentioned in 0 Excuses Fitness

And the best darn exercise which is and has gotten RAVE reviews is nothing but a solid derivative of this ...

And on yet another note, I’ve been going back and forth with a customer Charles, and he’s “impressed that I hadn’t forgotten or ignored or “dismissed” his requests for new books which he made last year”.

Early last year.

Yours truly does have the memory of an elephant, but he has it even more so for you guys.

Because y’all are what make it worth it!

And thats why I ENCOURAGE people to contact me directly in case of any questions – leave reviews – keep the feedback coming – and so forth!

All for a good cause!

I’m out.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Pick up the courses above, and don’t forget Advanced Hill Training – another GEM of a course right there.
